Actually its good to hear about everyone's spirits in here over the last few pages!! Rats i missed Semi's breakfast lol will have to make sure im there for the next one. Sherlock well done on being strong! Konstan you sound like a true wizard of flavour!! ( in a compliment kind of way). There is a web page online called "the vape book ". All one word and it makes me hungry just looking at it. Have not tried any receipes yet , im still mixing up the same redbull & dunhill i wrote about last week. Cant put those two down long enough to look at anything else.

My only good news is my friend that moved interstate is coming down on thursday to sell the rest of her things and is having a fairwell bash, i have that night off so i'll be going to help her celebrate
