And enjoying a rare Southern Comfort on ice. A good evening to all here in the US and morning to several down under

Oh! I'm too late to ask you to have one for me! ;)

Hope everyone's been enjoying their week! Me, I've been trying to focus more on school. I've lacked the motivation to do any school work and fell behind some. *sigh* I'll catch up, though! Just thought I'd stop by and say, "HI!"

Good Morning Voltures!

--- dead silence ---

aww c'mon. Truly, I can't be the only one up. And I need lively co-Voltie conversation to keep me conscious. My new anti-seizure meds are working, but what they don't tell ya is that they accomplish this by putting you into a coma. Coffee just isn't enough here people.

Mornin all. I've been up a long time. Just got through with breakfast and my routine. Got to go to Church to meet some workers. We're getting a new septic system this morning plus I've got to change the carrilon songs in the computer. Glad to hear your meds are working Rave but sorry to hear about the side effects. I hate being in that semi comatose state you're describing. Been there too often. Maybe when you get used to it the effects will lessen. Ya'll have a wonderful day.

Okay, so what do you want to talk about. The weather, cars, the double chocolate cream I am vaping, or the stock market?

Oh heaven help me - Those are my conversation choices? Hmmm - Well, I'm thinkin it's time to go short on corn if you're into commodities. JK

Well, I did not want to talk about how sore I am from this renovating stuff... There is a limit of pain meds I will take and Bengay can only help so much... I figured those topics were safer and more friendly alternatives.

Let's see - we got rain again last night (gave me an excuse not to mow the yard)... Ummm, my car still needs to go to the shop and so does my van. And this new mix taste great, but stays on the taste buds to long. And it looks like the stock market genius's are still at it...

Hmmm, yea those topics are not any better... You got any good suggestions?

Thanks for trying Semi. :) I zoned out a bit there. BTW - I highly recommend naproxen sodium for those body aches. This house woulda never been completed without it.

Good morning, Voltville.

If it's okay, I would like to share a link...Green Beans Coffee and encourage anyone who can to send a Cup of Joe to a soldier and give him/her a little taste of home. :)

Rave, I tried BWB's Malty Toffee. You're right, it is good. :p

Oh yeah - This stuff has me completely under it's spell. Fantastic blend! :p

Rave, there is a cat that shows up on our front porch for food, so we leave food and water for him and occasionally a raccoon or two will drop by for a snack, too.

Sometimes I think we are feeding every animal in the neighborhood. We have been visited by dogs, raccoons, possums and chickens who all apparently love cat food.

I AM feeding every animal within a five mile radius. Coons, cats, dogs, skunks, possums, deer, squirrels, chipmunks, turkeys, ground hogs and an entire fleet of birds. I go through 8 cups of sunflower seeds a day in addition to cracked corn, thistle, and hummingbird nectar. These folks have got me spotted!

We fed a stray cat like that and she stayed, then had kittens, and we gave away all but 3 females which we had spayed along with the mother. Recently another male has joined them. We think the word is out that we are running a cat spa. They all live outside but we cut a hole in the floor of a storage building so they could get inside when it rains and is cold. We also put a special light inside that provides some heat. So now we have 4 dogs inside and 4 cats and the new plus one outside. We do love our critters!

We never have to go to the animal shelter for pets. They just show up and adopt us. At one time, we had five cats that just came and stayed. I told Hub that somewhere there was a poster with directions to our house.

Here, there, everywhere!
Speaking personally Laura - I love your lip avatars. They're just ... you!!

Yeah - I don't recognize myself without them:D

Thought you folks might get a kick out of one of my newest residents:

There are at least two baby ground hogs, but there's no way I can tell how many. They are just unbearably cute. (To me)

So so so CUTE!
