Megabee your day is going to be mega special!! Wuzz Tommie is a bit slower now that winter has come, he only comes out of his house if there's a bit of sunshine out. He'll be in hybernation mode for at least another month or so. Even though his tank is a constant 24deg in his hot spot he will still stay in there all winter.
I try and coax him out with rubs n cuddles, even if he doesn't venture out I still make my presence known in a non threating way ( he is very territorial when in his safe house) usually after the winter is over and he does come out he gets quite scared over the interaction when the parents try and overload him with offerings.
He has been tops with me since the day I got him. He doesn't bite and is great with kids, and has made many a journey to school for show n tell.
Hey can I have your weather... I hate ours... I only put up with it cos I know it means our snow season is going to be bumper this year. I wasn't going to go again but knowing that it was going to be my 2 year anniversary , i saved all year like a mad woman LOL & so in 7 weeks time im going to falls creek again for a week of snowboarding

Two years! Congrats Rep. You deserve a week of snowboarding for an accomplishment like that. Have fun and stay safe.

That is one of the reasons I REALLY DISLIKE Any and All Facebook Contest . . .

My apologies - Imagine, but I do . . . Not only has Facebook become too intrusive in everything . . . Most - if not all of Facebook has become NOTHING but a Marketing Gimmick for all businesses . . . It is no longer a "Social Media" that you want to share with Friends and Family what you do or what is happening in your life - But What You buy ! ! !

I'm about done with facebook with all of the advertising and constant changes. It was nice locating old friends though.

Good Morning Volties.

I have a FB account. I used it to locate a few friends and relatives a few years ago. I have never posted in it, but my wall is full - my friends and family own it (LOL)... I check it maybe once a month and have all switches turned off for notifications and such - FB still sends me - You have not visited your friends in a while notices, but that is it... LOL

Mornin y'all. A little cooler here today, not supposed to go over 90, but it is muggy. At least it is nice and cool here at work and I have my x2/clearo going to keep me company with some strawberry/watermelon. Is it 4 o'clock yet? (We work 7-4)

Oooo melon sounds good. I literally just mixed up a second batch of TPA raspberry, i really like it , its sweet and then changes to tart. Nearly out of my dunhill but have enough redbull to keep my spirits up lol.

Me too. I shoot up FarmVille and Cafe World twice a day, and Hidden Chronicles once a day. I am beyond hope.

So - my son and his gal have decided to tackle cleaning out my late husband David's study. He's been gone over two years and I won't even go in there. It's not that it's a "shrine". I didn't like going in there when he was alive. It's just really, really messy. My husband was brilliant. He was not neat. There are trade-offs.

So this is what my son finds buried under some old bank statements:

David was one of the engineers who was involved in developing the L.E.M. Unit (the lunar excursion module) for the Apollo mission. If it had been me, I woulda framed it not buried it away under financial papers. It will be framed now.
