Now I will tell you - if you have a busy life schedule - you either need 4 78mm batts with two chargers or 2 78mm batts with one X2 and let it charge while you are on the computer typing and vaping (like I am doing right now)... Charging times and busy schedules sometimes get in the way of each other. It is not good to charge any batt while you sleep or you are out and this rule makes two chargers necessary...

I will have 2 78mms this week with a PCC,,,,,,but I am really thinking of another 78mm or two or an X2 for home. Home, I can do,,,,,,not sure I'd use it out and about though. I do like that it has a pass through,,,,,,,using the computer, I could vape off that all day.

but why do people always assume that someone who wants a cig sized unit now,, WILL ABSOLUTELY 100% upgrade to a much larger one later???? I mean, do most people actually upgrade? that might be why they assume it will happen,,,,,,but I just do not get it,,,,I really can't see myself wanting something much bigger,,,,,,,maybe I'm wrong,,,,,,,,I might eat my words in 6 months,,,,,,,,,IDK,,,,,,

I started out with the ego style and my wife wanted a cig like. So I got her a Joye 510 that had almost no battery life at all. After finding the SI thread, which wasn't that old at the time, and reading for a while I ordered. As soon as it arrived I had to order again for my wife. I still have those egos as well as a few mods I've accumalated but my primary all day is still my Volt 78s. I stopped bothering to go to the new member section as it became more and more depressing to see a few vets promoting mods for new members. I cringe everytime I see them recommend changeable battery and advanced vv devices without knowing anything about that persons knowledge of Lithium batteries or skill level. They can be dangerous in some cases and I'm afraid someone is going to get hurt one day. We've helped some of them who make it over here as have some on SI's competitions threads. A few months ago one person had just sent their mod back for a refund and ordered Volt as a last ditch effort before going back to smoking after a frustrating and expensive experience. Mods aren't for everybody. Most of the people who put down the cig size haven't tried decent ones and paint them all with the same brush. I actually consider my Volts as an upgrade to the Egos and Rivas. They are much simpler and every bit as effective and when people see you in public they don't look at you like your phone still has a cord. Now if you really want the perfect device get a tractor battery in a back pack with a variable voltage passthrough and a Coupe DeVille windshield washer system to pump the juice through a garden hose to the atomizer. Won't have to charge the battery or refill cartos for months and hits like a freight train. All us vets with a high post count know that.

I've had the same cell phone for 4 years,,,,it does not have the ability to take pictures, nor is it "smart". I've had the same 19 inch tv in my bedroom for 12 years,,,,,,,,

we do have a big screen in the living room,,,,,,DH bought it 7 years ago

I do not have a E book reader, new cars, or devices that talk,,,,,,,,

yeah, I think I'm safe

I doubt seriously if you're going to find the need to upgrade. You'll probably just accumilate a few more batteries and a passthrough, but even if you do decide to get a mod you'll still find plenty of use for your 78s. Solid and simple.

2 78s and a PCC should get you through a day. I don't take a PCC for all day. 2 78s in a case with 4 cartos plus the one in my hand gives me plenty. That's 960 mah and almost 5 ml of juice and it all fits in my pocket like a wallet. Most of the time I don't even get into the third battery. The 4 cartos are for different flavors mostly.
