Back from work, even if i did nothing today i managed to damage my knee lol.

Sorry to hear that man. Be careful with that injury. I tore a miniscus climbing a tree and kept going like I hadn't hurt it for a couple of months which made it a lot worse. Had to have surgery. You don't need that.

Yeah i did damage my right knee (the little plastic rubber between the bones, i think you can change that with a new cartridge) when my dirt bike fell on it years a go but it's fine.
The left one hurts a lot but i think it will be OK in a few days, no real damage done.
I jumped from the office and while i was in the air i got caught up by a dog house LOL.

How was that miniscus surgery Wuzzy??? I might have to have it,,,,,,,,,I am waiting for the summer to be over to decide.

Don't know Holly. I slept through the whole thing.

Actually that's not true. I opted for an epidural so I could watch but they put up a screen and wouldn't let me so I did get bored and take a nap. Just three little holes and I walked out on crutches. Out of all the surgery I've had it was the most minimal and quickest recovery. I was in the grocery store next morning, still on crutches. Took two days to lose them. I had to stay out of work for about a month but mainly because I was a floor layer lol.

I injured it on a camping trip with my Boy Scout Troop. A 60+ year old leader showing 14 year old boys how to climb a tree isn't really smart I guess. They were impressed though. I was showing them how to store food when there were bears around and insted of throwing the rope I climbed the tree although I can't remember why now, it seemed like a good idea at the time. Next day we hiked a few miles to an Indian Mound on the river and by the time we got back I had a big ol Baker Cyst on the back of my knee that didn't go away until a couple of months after the surgery.

I'll bet it was the volume. The website could barely handle it so there's bound to be a few human errors.

Yeppers... and I wasn't upset or anything since they usually do just fine, and when there is a glitch they make it better than right. Already have my replacements on the way. Heather rocks. :headbang:

OUCH on that cyst!!!!!! sounds painful!! I had a kidney removed once, now THAT was a painful surgery,,,,,they sawed a rib to get the thing out. so the knee surgery actually sounds much better to me!

Wuzznt really all that painful. Just there and inconvienent, especially since I used to get down on my knees and back up about 100 times a day at work lol. Now when I bend down to tie my shoes I try to remember if there's anything else I need to do while I'm down there lol. I've had some pretty painful surgeries myself including some for cancer. The knee was a piece of cake.

 spare parts!!!!!!!

we're getting old, I guess LOL!

Some of us aren't getting old. We're already there lol.
