BTW I have a question still being some what of a newbie-- I can't taste any of my juices now at all they ALL taste like room temperature milk. My tastebuds have changed so many times already that I have all the flavors SI offers except menthol. This started two days ago and it hasn't improved. I've tried new cartos, re-cleaning batteries, new batteries, my X2s,new comfort tips. Yesterday and today I even tried a cigarette to get some kind of taste of something. I haven't had to re-order juices.Has anyone had a similar experience? I stopped smoking in April and cigarettes still taste nasty (that's a good thing). However,I'm going nuts since I can't taste my tobacco juices, grape, mint, etc
don't feel bad i haven't been able to taste any juice period.
i just got 4 flavors today out of mail box and loaded all 4 flavors in to new never used ce3s and they have no taste to me,,except the vanilla,it had a chocolate taste to me,very faint.
have had this problem about a week and a half or so.
these were SI products,,but never mind the other vendors juice are the same way, dead to my tongue.
Larry
Has taken me almost 2 months to taste the flavor. The first month I tasted nothing. Nada, nin, zilch. Now some of this stuff tastes yummy. Well some taste horrible.
If you want to intensify the taste pull it into your mouth then blow a little out your nose before you inhale the rest.

Forgotten what after hours is...oh yea i have kids ......Off to after hours with the peeps from the office. Have my Volt in tow and will be vaping away!
Have a great evening everyone!

Thanks Cat. I appreciate it, my Ice Menthol should be here Mon. maybe that will solve the problem,I'm not a menthol person but at this point I'd eat Vick's vapor rub if it will get rid of this "taste".This is not an unusual occurrence, Raynes. Getting and keeping yourself thoroughly hydrated may help.
I've come across several posts from people that this has happened to more than once--they use the opportunity to use up some liquids that they don't care for very much. And it goes away.
Thanks Rave,I have mint, that tastes like minty milk.Yep CatLady is absolutely right. This happens occasionally, although I haven't had it happen for a few years now. One thing that gives some folks relief is to vape a really strong, hard hitting flavor - like mint or cinnamon. Another thing that helps is to alternate flavors rather than to stick with just one. It will go away. You just need to be patient.![]()
Is it working for you?Hey Wuzzsittin here trying your suggestion and now I feel like a raging bull

Thanks! I have it open in another tab! Playing catch up (about 12 pages!)!!!Here's the cross-country phase of the 3-day event: Team, Individual Eventing: Cross Country - Equestrian Video | NBC Olympics
Good for you! When on of our other "kids" got married in June - told them as long as they remember the biblical and Meriman's meaning of the word "Commitment" - they would be fine. BTW: These days - 8 years is a milestone to commemorate! So sorry I am a few days late! Big congratulations to you. The parental units (pet name for themlove them dearly) Celebrated their 40th last year. My sister and I took them to Niagara Falls for their anny. We sent them there on their 20th with what little money we had saved up from working at the time and thought going back on their 40th would be super cool. Great times.
I love that pet name! Use it myself sometimes! What a great gift! Got to see it in March several years ago w/ sis, Bro=n=law, bro & foster son!
On another note, like my parents, I'm proud of you guys. So many people seem to get married on a whim and divorce just as easily these days. Seeing happy, committed couples being together as long as you have been is an example that helps my wife and I (of eight years) know that it may not always been easy, but it is well worth the effort. Thank you and congrats again!
I hear you - time does fly! Cant believe we've been back in MN 24 years - Dad gone 23 ...Simi Valley (in Ventura County) - home of the Ronald Reagan library. Moved down here from San Jose in '92. Dang, hard to believe its been 20 years already. The 90s still seem like "just a few years ago" to me.
I wondered about mixing a tiny bit of softener in the Vinegar ... I sometimes spray a diluted mix on a few things when I toss in the dryer. New Washer: I can highly recommend Whirlpool's Cabrio!!! It's not front loading. Our local (small town) guys don't even carry anymore - so much trouble because of vibration causing wires to come loose. Far more service calls on them. Just got a new set 14 months ago. No regrets! Sis has the fancy front loader 1 year older than mine. She's had several service calls for this that and what have you. Not sure on brand. Repair guy saw her box of OxyClean - told her over time it will oxidize the steel drum in washer. They don't recommend it for "every" load.Cool Cindy!
Another great thing is just plain ole white vinegar as a fabric softener, (plus its many other advantages) I usually use a capful of scented pre-purchased fabric softener or essential oils to a full bottle of vinegar, cost effective, smells great, works really well & also removes any soap residue (which would help your skin)
Now if I can get my whites actually white that would be a huge bonus. I possibly need a new washing machine cos all my whites are coming out dirtier than when I put them in, regardless of using the homemade stuff or the expensive detergents!
Ditto on everything in blue!!! I sure didn't need the Dental reminder! Ugh! Have one that really needs a crown ...THe down side is I know i've missed so much.
LOL Kiko you are so right about my battery, it just doesn't want to die, much like my car in which i thought was dying and now its good as new ( good thing too, love my little car) I did however put in a wish list order with SI( an order without processing it) and just waiting another couple of weeks for pay day.
I forced myself to go to the dentist today and finally got a tooth fixed, one more to go on saturday. Not very exciting news, just some chit chat to pass some time while i de-numb in time for dinner.
SandySu , its so good to hear heather is progressing so much. You sound like a natural teacher and I can read it in your post that it brings you so much joy!! That is great going!!
have a great day everyone
Coconut oil also makes a great moisturizer - hair likes it too! Mix a little warmed coconut oil in with your 'poo - helps keep silver from drying out! Hair texture makes a huge difference in how much to use!Kico, Fels Naptha is the Dial version of this Colgate soap. Melted/pulverized soap bar, Borax + Washing Soda I grate my in a food processor! Keeps it powdered but fast and easy to prepare!
It does dry your skin out on the outside, so you have to moisturize. I can't think of the term (and I'm not gonna google it again), but somehow the "lard" in the soap penetrates the skin to make it work from the inside. That's one of the things that makes it good for skin conditions. Haha, I don't think they use actual animal fat anymore...
I've started using it on my psoriasis, but they say it takes a couple of weeks+ to see results...
I've been wondering about that (research). That sounds like a Netbook. You could do a lot better than $300-400 for one of those. Like I told hippieben, I really like Asus for those. One of my teachers had one for her lecture materials (slides, Powerpoint, etc.). They look really convenient and easy to tote around. She said you can surf and stuff, but it won't replace a full-on laptop/desktop. I prefer those to tablets because of the keyboard.
Gosh - sounds like your in my area! Same junk in our water. Umm the "Color Grabbers" work really well! I tear them in half and leave in the washer til they get pretty dark! Not sure how much "dirt" if any they grab tho. That is the number one reason I'm so happy to not need White! Own next to nothing in white or cream!Don't forget to add a cup of hydrogen peroxide to soften the water and enhance the detergent action as well as OxyClean does. We have a lot of iron and maganese in our water and before I found that one our whites were slowly going from white to pink to orange.
LOL! Link takes me to a page that has a note about igoogle going away Nov 1 2013! Needs to be portable (First priority); tho I don't spend as much time in Dr's waiting rooms as I did the past 15 years - I want to be able to easily take it to read my kindle books. I have 300+ waiting to be read! ONE of the FREE really helped understand the Gluten Sensitivity stuff - the HUGE number & subtle ways it shows up in our bodies. UNCLE - you sound like another possible candidate - Dr. Shari Lieberman - The Gluten Connection.Never really had a problem with my skin except for certain allergies (itching and some hives) during my youth . . . However, for about 30 years I've been allergic to all laundry products and use whatever is on sale that has nothing added - "Clear" . . .
plus I stopped using all fabric softeners awhile ago too . . . all those DAM scents . . .![]()
AND - Now in the past 10 years it seems my skin is "too" sensitive to everything at times, especially during the summer months . . . Besides the fact that in just the past 2 years I have been diagnosed with Psoriasis and the creams/saves the dermatologist prescribes never works to clear it up either . . .
So - Please let me know how it works . . .
I have some stuff from regular doc that helps when I get flare-ups. I hear you on the scents! Multiple chemical sensitivity! Main reason I quit long time ago. Found one but hate MLM company's. Found another but only Walmart store that carries it (Great Value brand) is 60 miles away. None of the towns we get to more often have it.
BTW: Just as an FYI - many of the Tablets can and do have "keyboards" available - I have a "Bluetooth" Keyboard & Mouse (Great to use when I have "My" Xoom connected to the TV with the HDMI Cable and can use across the room to "Surf" the Internet or reply to emails using a huge TV screen) . . . Also, you can also get a "Cover" that has a keyboard attached you can use for tablets too . . . Here is a Google Search: https://www.google.com/#q=tablet+ke...pw.r_qf.&fp=6595cab5be1782ef&biw=1060&bih=507
I've also "heard" Valerian Root (Stinks!) Worse case: Benadryl - not the non-drowsy formula!!! Umm sometimes just a couple swallows of Port Wine ... But wouldn't recommend on a daily basis ...Melatonin. Helps you get to sleep and stay asleep but isn't something terribly powerful. I HIGHLY suggest it. Can get it at just about any drug/grocery store.
Being sure it's the higher parts per million of C.silver - have you tried taking it orally for a "time"?Will do, Uncle. I've tried everything too (except oral meds and shots). All the Rx creams, pure aloe, vaseline, vitamin E, that gunk you put on cow udders, olive/coconut/castor/etc. oil, ... then my brother, who thinks he's some kind of magical healer, got the idea to spray it with colloidal silver. Permanently turned my scales silver! Would be nice to wear something other than long pants...
Yeah, but then you need to buy and carry around another piece of equipment. I like it better when you can just open up the clamshell and get to it...
Suds are bad for the environment. That (and the 40¢ per gallon) is why I'm trying it!![]()
Funny! I order my 5 gal bucket of Virgin Coconut Oil from Tropical Traditions in the Phillipines!I'm Filipino and will only eat Filipino food when I have to...
Vapers are a jolly bunch for the most part. Just don't try to take away our vapes.
My Volt t-shirt came today. I haven't washed it yet, but it seems to be very good quality cotton. If they are popular, Imagine said there would be additional colors...lavender/lilac would be great!!
