Not a stupid question at all, Marlou. This is my first Tablet and I have spent a few minutes playing around with it. I may have to get one of my techies (Hub and DD) involved.

You need to download the Netflix app from the App Store for your device. What tablet do you have? Android calls it play apple calls it app store

You can't learn if you don't ask. I'm glad that your getting your info here where the "in the know " folks are. Then you'll know how to be safe, you can have fun and not feel overwhelmed.

I'm interested too just not asking questions. There also is a DIY thread here on the SI forum.

speaking of electronics,,,,,I think I want an E-book, but the choices are confusing

ahhhhhhhh stole some of DD's strawberry shortcake  yummy. I've been jumping around flavors today

My daughter loves her Kindle. I didn't buy my Android for the reader aspect. I wanted it for music and videos. I prefer an actual book to read, but I'm old and set in my ways. :glare:

Also, I got a great deal at 1 Sale A Day.

I couldn't agree with you more, Lilac. Before retirement my work was high tech digital communications. I have a high tech brain and a low tech life.

Books are my favorite. I could never move away from them.

OK,,,,,,,

WHAT is 4 fried chickens and a coke??? I've been wondering for days now!

There is a scene in the Blues Brothers movie. Jake (John Belushi) and Elwood (Dan Aykroyd) are in a restaurant owned by Matt "Guitar" Murphy and Aretha Franklin. Elwood orders dry white toast and Jake orders four fried chickens and a Coke. It is in this scene that Aretha Franklin belts out her great version of the song "Think".

Now you know.
