Rabbit, I have a Nano to and I experienced the samething you are. I didn't get as much taste not even with my manual X2,then it got to where I had to keep drawing hard to get a vape. I thought it was just me and a mental thing b/c I love cartos.

Funny how taste is subjective. That's how I feel about cartos... like sucking juice through cotton... not sure how much juice is left inside.. All no no's in my book. I guess that's why there is such a large selection of delivery systems.

I'm with the carto vapers,,,,,
I've tried the others and I don't like the taste, they leak, stop working, whatever,,,,,,,,,,,gimme a carto every single time,,,,,,
I can't taste cotton, and they don't leak, are easy and cheap to use,,,,,,,

I find myself using the cartos more than anything else, too. I can't taste cotton either.
it's such a personal choice,,,,,,,I say, whatever keeps you off cigarettes is a GOOD THING!

I have vaped my new Nano all night and it hits like a bullet, I am getting too much nic, so must go to bed. Taste is getting better, but you are correct, filling your own cartos saves juice and enhances flavor. At least for me.

I saw an eGo Twist in the engraved dragon pattern that I really want, and with all the new rebuildable clearo and tank style stuff coming out for them, I have to admit that it's been really tempting. Just have to get a job first, then I'll be branching out right there with you! Glad you like your new stuff.
First, it's really good to see you, Holly. I was just becoming concerned about you. Well, both Raven and I were concerned. We just talked about you yesterday. Good to see you from Raven and me.
Cartomizers are all I use. I've tried a few of the others, but I like vaping with cartos. I do use the carto tanks - they don't require constant filling and the cartos last longer.
This is just my choice. Others really enjoy clearos or filler-free vaping. I completely understand.
Awsum, I'm wondering if you could help me with something? My sister likes the CE3s, but she says they really taste bad in the beginning and she wastes fluid until they begin to taste normal. Do you know a way to fix that? Thanks for your help, buddy.

my doc called in a week's supply today though, so I'm going to pick some up tomorrow. It will be nice to have less pain

I remain convinced that lungs that vape heal FASTER (after quitting smoking) than lungs that do not,,,,,,,

Easiest way around the bad taste, which is probably because of primer in them, is to flush them with hot water before filling them with liquid the first time. The primer seems to be a hit and miss situation, sometimes CE3s have it and sometimes they don't. Usually it appears as droplets on the inside of the tank. If she's using a manual battery, a few really quick dry burns will help get them wicking liquid when filled. I usually shake them ike a fever thermometer, mouthpiece down, and then "suction" out the remaining water with the syringe which also helps get them going much more quickly. I may take up to 15 or 20 drags to get them going after they've been rinsed depending on how wet the wicks stay.
Another little hint is to use a hypodermic or sewing needle to make the first puncture through the inner seal. Just use it to make the first puncture and then switch to the blunt needle that comes with the CE3s. SI doesn't recommend that, but I've found it helps lengthen the life of that inner seal. If she's using liquids with a lot of sugar or dark colors, it's also a good idea to rinse them every other fill or so. If she's using lighter liquids they only need to be rinsed when the liquid starts appearing dark. Doing that will increase their useable lifespan significantly.

Cindy, thanks for alerting me to it. Yes, it fits, and I like it. The photo made it have a dusty blue tinge, but it's actually charcoal gray, nearly black, which I like even better. I'm sorry that I forgot who recommended it, so now that I know, a big thanks.
