hey everyone.........you know how theres all this talk of end times .....this 2012............well do any of you think.....something will happen before the year is over....I don't know.............but with all this talk...........I wonder will talk create a energy...of sorts.....

I think we'll go on as usual. Don't count on the end of the world. It's been predicted so many times before, and we're still here. Besides, if it all ends with a bang (not a whimper) then we won't have to worry about it, will we? We'll all be gone in a poof, and the issue will be a moot point. So, eat, drink, vape, and be merry, for tomorrow, we may die (whether or not the world ends).

Blues, though we usually post music in the morning, here's an evening serenade. I chose this because there's a CD collection of John Lee ...... on Bill's table, so I figured he liked this guy. I thought this performance was good. Obviously, Roy Rogers is not the one who rode Trigger. I have no idea who he is. Does that perfectly demonstrate my ignorance? John lee ...... Boogie Chillen - YouTube

Sandy, you have a good man there in Bill. Well, I don't know about that but his musical taste is excellent as well as his choice in women. Thank you. I always enjoy John Lee .......

And here's my favorite Dylan song back in the day: Don't Think Twice It's Alright (Post Productions) - YouTube though my college roommate said this Dylan song should be my theme song: Bob Dylan - Like A Rolling Stone (ORIGINAL) - YouTube

Sandy you are too kind. I'd like to hire you as my personal DJ.

To me if it happens. I have no controll over it. So if it happens it happens. If I die, I know I will be going to heaven for all the good deeds I did and when I get there I hope to see my relatives and pets there (especially Rocky aka my boo). Picture below

Well - Yes, I still do both actually . . .

Long Story short . . .

As a volunteer, I created and run a "Bereavement Support Group" for our local community center for the past 9 years - However, it is not a typical type of Support group in any way.

Matter of fact, it is the first "Bereavement Support Group" in the World that I know of, since there is no one reason (Death caused by Cancers, HIV/AIDS, Heart Attacks, even Old Age, etc) for people to come . . . Nor is it limited to a specific Age/Gender/Family Relationship/Marital-Partner/Religious-Cultural Affiliation . . . What is different also, all participants must agree to take an active role towards understanding, accepting, and learning how to deal with their personal feelings and emotions - in particular about DEATH and the Aftermath so that they can regain back their "Verve for Life" . . . In addition, I have an "Open-door" Policy too - Come when "You" NEED To . . .

The only limitation and/or requirerment - if you can call it that - is that the Support Group is for People who are involved in and with the "Gay Community" . . . including Both Gay, Straight, Bi-sexual, Transgendered, and/or Questioning Individuals; Men & Women a like; Partners/Wives/Husbands, Family Members - Mothers/Fathers/Sisters/Brothers/Other close relatives, etc., and Friends & Extended "Family", etc. . . . Especially since there is nothing else available other then this group around to discuss and possibly address the special issues that arise with their personal love loss . . . especially if someone is GAY.

And - on a very limited bases, since I do not charge anyone - I sometimes do assist some individuals as a Counselor/Advocate . . .

Your one VERY special guy Uncle. I have a very dear friend and co-worker that's gay he's having a rough go of it right now. He doesn't meet criteria for your support group. I wish he did.

Oh boy oh boy oh boy...
Found an old textbook worth enough dough to sell back, and they paid me by Paypal, which Capella accepts. Got new flavors coming in a couple of days: Banana Split, [Sweet Strawberry/Vanilla Cupcake/Marshmallow] for Strawberry Shortcake, Dutch Chocolate Mint, Chocolate Glazed Donut, and Piña Colada! :p

And yes, you really do save a ton of money by DIYing. In 4 months, I've only spent about $50. Plus the $30 for above and the +/- $20 for more nic juice to cover me for the next few months. Never could've made ends meet otherwise.

Something happens every day! It's just the decision of a few whether or not we learn about it. When it comes to some sort of an apocalypse... I think we're gonna be okay.

By the way, Hello everyone!

Well hello, glad you can stop by for a chat!!!!!!!!!

Including cartos, DD and I BOTH vape for roughly 1.47 a day or something like that,,,depending on flavor, of course.

Salt is easy. Just try not to eat out (junk food, restaurants) or eat precooked foods (frozen dinners, canned chili, etc.) and get into Mrs. Dash, Morton Lite salt, or sea salt. And if you cut back gradually, eventually the foods that taste perfect to you now will be way to salty later. And there are a lot of foods that are high in potassium besides bananas. Whole grains and less red meat though, you have to do, cuz it's just so much better for you.

Try it with white beans (like great northern), olive oil, lemon juice and cilantro or green onion and you won't even miss the mayo!

Sandy, under the "Safari" tab, you'll see "Empty Cache..." I've had to do that a lot, cuz I play a lot of games! :p

Thanks, Sandy and Q - I thought it was a block put on by my internet provider (funky access), but that worked for me too! :)

Boy, that's rough - hope you feel better soon, Mrs. Limpett!

Here's a slightly different take on it:

The Beatles were a little before my time (I was a little too young to appreciate them back then), but "Come Together" has got to be my favorite song ever, no matter who does it. I like the Michael Jackson version too! :)

Cindy! I love Craig David! I never heard of him before, but he is a real charmer! Please share your other favorites of his.

Meanwhile, if you want to reduce salt, I remember a wonderful cookbook, "Cooking Without a Grain of Salt." Invest in it, and you may never miss the salt in your food.
