I think you mean the "Lambertville House" which is on "Bridge" Street . . . THANKFULLY they finally fixed the place (since it is a Historic Landmark)- It is still white and locate just before the Bridge into New Hope . . .

(BTW: "My" Sister & B-I-L had a house on York Street since the 70's until they sold it in the 90's and moved to Frenchtown - Oh and I use to live on Coryell Street for a couple of years in the 80's besides living in New Hope PA )

There was also an older place that was a hotel just off Main Street and on a hill before your turned onto Route 518 into Princeton that became apartments a long time ago . . . But that was back in the 60-70's . . .

I love trying new things as well as new flavors. I still want something either like the VAMO or the gripper. Still haven't made up my mind which to start with. The one cartomizer that I love with the twist is the Smoktech Ego "shorty" dual coil cartomizer. That thing is a cloud maker with excellent flavor and the shorty holds 3ml of juice... lasting all day. I've used one for a month now and it is just beginning to lose some of the flavor & vapor production... that's without cleaning, only refilling. I have four more unused. One filling lasts all day. I've ordered and waiting for a couple of mini vivi novas and a couple of the just released Kanger mini T3 EVOD. I chose this over the mini T3 because the mouthpiece is smaller and clear plastic. The entire thing comes apart for cleaning and replaceable parts. Some say the bottom coils are interchangeable with the T3's, others say they aren't. Will let you know how I like this after trying it out.

I think GV has some semi flat tips but I am sort of reluctant about doing business with them. Also I don't get good vibes from reading their forum threads.

I was looking at the gripper at Tasty Vapor yesterday. It looks like a cool little device. I pulled the trigger on a Evic, just waiting for it to arrive. I did buy a Smok Woo. It is a stacked battery fixed voltage device, but wow is it powerful! I have to play around with different resistance heads to find the right ones for my juices. I put a XL carto on it filled with Atomic Cinnacide (think atomic fireballs) and did the wrong thing and took a long drag. Wow did I cough that up! I have to be real careful with that stuff and take quick little puffs. It does a great job on my candy flavors though!

I hear ya on the vibes of GV. I've looked at their forum and I don't get a warm fuzzy from them either.

It is "fun" to sit in traffic on that bridge and feel it bounce and sway as traffic goes by in the opposite direction. Sometimes I have to wonder if it won't just collapse into the river one of these days. It gets very heavy car and light truck traffic since there's no toll.

I remember training for the Aids Lifecycle ride over in San Francisco. We would ride all over the place and one ride took us across the Golden Gate Bridge. It was a little foggy that morning, but I didn't know any better. We started across the bridge and about a quarter of the way in, it got windy. Very windy. There is a small path for pedestrians/bicyclists and the railing just doesn't look like it would save you if you got blown into it while clipped on a bicycle. I white knuckled it and had to lean so far into the wind almost riding sideways. If I had caught a pocket blowing the other way, I'd have been thrown into traffic or over the bridge.

When we all made it across, we pulled over on the other side and took a break. I wasn't the only one visibly shaken by the ride. We continued on and when we doubled back to ride back over the bridge, the sun was out and there was no wind. You always take a chance with the micro climates of San Francisco.

I don't even enjoy riding my motorcycle over the GG, so I always take a different bridge if I can.

That sounds scary. Would it have been better to get off the bike and walk it over? I know it's a long trek, but that might be better than being blown over the side.

Yes, it probably would have made sense. But walking in clip in bicycle shoes is not the most comfortable and that bridge is long! I can say been there, done that and I'm done now

One thing I've learned re. riding my horse: never wear shoes to ride that you won't be comfortable walking in. There have been times, like when I was out on the trail, a few miles away from the barn, when Penny lost a shoe. Her hoof was being torn up enough just walking home with me leading her, and I didn't think riding, carrying my extra weight, would be fair to her. Yes, I could have carried along an Easy Boot, but till the boots I have for her now, I never found one that would stay on well. They are very tight and difficult to put on a hoof, but they come off when riding with surprising ease. Now I have a kind called Fusion, which Penny's hoof trimmer fitted to her, and they do stay on, even on trail rides. I use them to protect her unshod hooves when the ground is hard. She's fine barefoot when the ground is sort of soft, but in the dry spell midsummer, it can get like a rock.

VAMO batteries, charger and adapter all came today. Panasonic Hi Drain 18650 batteries came partially charged so I tried them out in VV mode and they do produce quite a bit more vapor. Everything on the Vamo works OK. It checks Ohms on your cartos, gives you the battery charge and you can switch between VV and VW. From what I read in VW, the VAMO adjusts the output to match the carto, or tank that you have attached, just push the + button for 3 seconds and it checks the Ohms rating of the device and then from there on it will adjust the volts to match your wattage setting. I have not tried that yet. I only set it at 3.7 Volts and tried several cartos. Flavor is a little milder than the X2 at 3.7 Volts. When my batteries are fully charged I will "Crank her up" and see what happens.

I'm leaning more towards the gripper, seems to be a beginner type of device. I really like the look and hand fit.. uncomplicated. Still researching the different devices, best & safest batteries to use. Also, there is a 2-cent device? Some sort of safety valve that you have to use with these batteries to prevent a "meltdown"? Maybe you and Awsum would know what that is. I want a good sturdy little vv device that only the batteries have to be replaced.

GV is having a great sale on them now but... from reading the threads, I was really hesitant to ask any questions about it because a lot of their responses seem to be sarcastic or harsh. I'm sure there are those (trolls) who like to stir up trouble, but I don't want to take part in that so I just read only. I don't get that from other vendor threads that I've read. Just good useful information. Maybe I'm just use to the genuine support that I get from this forum and expect the same from the others.

Maybe start with a vivi nova or a T3 first. Having that much power might burn out your carto's unless you have a dual coil carto.

With my Fred Flintstone feet, I've learned to always spend the extra money on good fitting/comfortable shoes! I can't tell you how many pairs of motorcycle boots I've tried on. Usually once I find a pair, I'll buy an extra pair and put them away to use when my first pair wears out.

That's why I went with the Evic. It has VV/VW and firmware can be updated via the computer. It has a single protected battery and from the reviews, it's a solid device. It isn't as powerful as the vamo, but I really don't see myself using more than 5V any way. I'm not that interested in the puff count, but it may be useful in the future for me.

The gripper looks like it's an easy mod to use. I doubt that the learning curve will be that difficult. Most advanced mods can be learned how to use in a matter of 15 minutes or so. Check out PBusardo reviews on you tube. He's done a lot of reviews on a lot of products and covers all the bases. He even puts up graphs of his readings, if you want to get into the nuts and bolts of it. I've watched a lot of his reviews as well as others to base my opinion on what to purchase.

I'd say if you have to wear shoes or boots that aren't comfortable for walking, maybe you should pack along a pair of walking shoes in a saddlebag -- just in case.

I do carry sneakers with me if we are going to do any major walking when I'm out with my motorcycle friends. We went down to Hearst Castle a few years ago. They laughed at me wearing my Crocs. By then end of the tour a few of them told me I was smart to bring an extra pair of shoes!

My feet hurt enough to make me remember such things!

i have never had a problem with GV's,i spend as much money with them as i do with SI,,in fact GV always beats SI by a day in delivery.

i think there are a lot of trolls out there causing hate and discontent.

Plus they sell the eGo sleeves that go under tanks to hide the threads. I think it's type "D" for minis and type "C" for regular tanks. And they have those flat tips in better colors. Their CS is a little harder to get a hold of, but they're nice guys, and I don't think I'd hesitate if it were just a drip tip and a sleeve...

An X2, a T3 and the cutest, sweetest little horsey in the whole wide world. Nice!

It is wonderfully warm and sunny with big fluffy clouds off in the distance.

The wind has come up so I didn't take Wiseguy for a walk but I did get him out of the pen. I tied him up to his miniature horse rail. I brushed his coat. I worked on his mane a tail just a bit. Then I gently teased out his bangs and combed out near his ears. He doesn't like having his ears touched but he did okay with that.

I knelt down to make sure his eyes were clean. We touched noses and looked into each others eyes. I like to kiss his nose. Can there be anything softer than the nose on a horse? His breath was warm and smelled of grass hay. I feel so relaxed, I could be on Valium I think only a horse could do that for me. He's out there waiting for his gruel and his fresh grass hay. He doesn't know it yet but there is a carrot in my pocket for him.

Just a quick stop to say hi to everyone and check in. I have fallen behind and so I'm letting the 'likes' go until I get caught up. Hope you all know how much I enjoy the stories and photos. If anyone mentions an illness, I add them to my healing list. I have noticed a lack of Blues and Rave, or maybe I'm just not up to date enough.

I have been shopping....not ready to post about it until everything is delivered and I can actually use it properly, which might take time knowing me! Figures, as soon as I make a decision and place an order, SI comes out with VV, sigh. Everything as it's meant to be though, so I am happy with what I picked out.
