I think the mail lady dropped it somewhere to be honest. She said she scanned the package and rubberbanded it with my SI package that had the 900 spinner together. The only thing that was in my mailbox was the SI package rubberbanded with her glove inside. I saw her the next day to give her glove back... I told her there was only one package. She apologized (yeah right) and said she would look for it. There was snow on the ground, so... white snow... white package. I've looked and looked... gone! I hope it will turn up though.

It's covered by at least 4" snow... white bubble package under white snow. I walked her path looking and kicking snow out of the way but of course I can't uncover all of it. Really though, I'm more concerned about a curious cat or other animal sniffing it out... thinking it's something good to eat. You know you can smell it without opening it. Their juices would smell good to them.

I will let Kon answer but my is that it does not make a diference with professional mods especially with protection circuits, however home made mods could be a different story.

I agree with Rabbit. Home made mods can get to be problematic IF the builder is not aware of all the potential hazards involved and doesn't incorporate them properly. One of the other problems is that testing the "mod" for those protections could be destructive to the "mod" which makes some tests very unlikely to happen...more than one would be required. If I remember the latest story of an electronic cigarette exploding in the users face, it happened to someone who built his own "mod" and used unprotected batteries, Radio Shack, and managed to overload them severely enough to make them overheat and pop while vaping. Darwin even works in the vaping world!

Seems to me you have forgotten who builds those devices. Little people called CHINESE!
Good cloners but terrible builders. Lately they have improoved but still. Whatever is safe in China may start a fire in EU.
None of their devices meets CE, TUV or any other european/american specification on safety etc.

So let me trust more my homemade calculated well designed protections
I'm talking mostly on commercial products not for the random redneck who builds a mod. Fuses are fine and even if the mod get's destroyed it won't explode.
Things like that you can control them electronically but it would be more expensive.

JoAnn, that hurts just thinking about it. Possible monitary loss, lack of juice, dissappointment, BUMMER all around. I vaped entirely tooooo much yesterday, used up an entire 18650 battery, which originally I thought would be impossible to do in one vaping day. I am using my X2 right now, and it feels like a toothpick in my hand compared to the Vamo, but the X2 still is a satisfying vape.

Hope you get either you new package or a replacement soon.

That happened to me last month with an SI package. Tracking showed it out for delivery, but I didn't get it. I went back and forth with the Post Office for a month and reported it missing. Their final word a few days ago was "Lost mail". My guess is the carrier either dropped it or left it in the wrong mailbox.

That never happened to me before, ever, with a mailed package. Now I'm nervous about ordering anything, but it's the only way I can get vape supplies. Oh well, no one ever said life was easy. lol
