My DIY question: Getting 24mg on nic in 100% vg I can break that down to 50 vg 50 pg in 12mg nic but now with the flavoring is 100%pg. I have a recipe been putting in the e juice me up calculator. I cant seem to get the combo of 80pg/20vg 12 mg of nic to act right I keep getting negative numbers in vg? What am I doing Wrong?

The combo is :
10% Double RY4
5% caramel
5% Bavarian cream
2.5% Vanilla Swirl
I would like it to come out as 12mg nic 80pg/20vg.Or even 70/30.

BTW I have found that if you store nic in vg the nic has a better shelf life.

Congrats, Uncle, on getting all the numbers down. Triglycerides are hard to get down, at least for me. In my 20's mine were ranging between two and three thousand, now down under two hundred.

Lizzie, a friend of mine used to get two aspirin and a glass of water, take them to his wife who would say "What is that for?". His answer was "For your headache". She would say "But I don't have a headache!". He would then say "GREAT!"

Now if I could only get the physical parts of "My" Body to improve . . . The most important being the Peripheral Neuropathy, Leg/Feet Swelling, COPD, and also continue the weight lost (drop 50 lbs - would like to lose another 50) . . .

Last but not least would be becoming a Full-time Vapor and Quite Smoking Analogs Completely. . .

Don't tell my clients but after cleaning two houses today, I can barely move. Fortunately, there is a 5 cheese pizza from Costco in the fridge for tonight's dinner. I was fine until I drove home for 45 minutes and then when I went to get out of the truck I could barely move My muscles will loosen up again by tomorrow [I hope]. Ah the joys of getting older.

Sounds like you need Rabbits hot tub! Epson salt bath always soothes my weary body.

Okay - I know this might be self-centered given everything that people have posted . . . However, I just got back from "My" 3 month Lab Work Doctor's appointment . . . AND - Just have to tell Ya' all, I'm a little overjoyed with "My" results . . . Cholesterol Total: Down 20 Points (106 - used to be 249), especially cut Triglycerides down another 53 points (97 from 293) . . . Also - Blood Pressure use to be on average 125/80 is now 116/71 . . . AND - The best is my A1c (Diabetic Number): Drop a full point + From 7.3 to 6.0 (started at 9.0) . . . SO Overall - After fighting for the past 6 years to get these numbers down - NOT BAD . . .
(I just wish "My" body felt as good - as "Liz" said, "Ah the joys of getting older" does not help . . .)

The problem you're running into is the 24mg of VG based nicotine. No matter how you cut it at 12mg you have to have at least 50% VG in that mix, one half nicotine strength equals one half VG content or 50%. Nicotine may last longer in VG, but if you're mixing with a ratio that has a higher PG content, PG would be a better choice for the carrier. Ahh the fun of DIY, ratios, percentages and OOPS!

The Handsomest Man in the Whole Wide World [otherwise known as Hubby] is stuck in traffic. We finally got a work around since there is some sort of bad accident in Dayton. He is driving up through Virginia City and then going down Six Mile Canyon. You can almost hear the mule skinners cracking their whips and the miners partying on a Friday night it is so Old West up that way.

He might not get home any faster but at least he doesn't have to sit in traffic

Yeah me too. When I go to Street vibes I try to go up on Friday before it gets crazy. I was stuck in the Bucket of Blood Saloon on one Saturday. I couldn't move and there were all sorts of body parts jammed up against mine. I'm not claustrophobic, but that day I sure was!

I love the little shops too!

When I first moved to Reno about 14 years ago, my new friends and I decided to go to Street Vibrations in downtown Reno.

There was an awesome band playing and this guy with no teeth was trying to dance with me. I was laughing so hard. Then he says "I like you. You are pretty." My friends were like "Yeah, you have teeth." Reno is fun when there are bands playing and good times rolling.

Good news, Uncle!!!

This evening I got good news from my doctor's office. Last year my blood sugar was a little high but the results of last weeks test show it's back to normal. I've been making changes in my diet little by little.

The bad thing is that when I heard the good news my first thought was to go down the street and get a candy bar to celebrate.
