Yeah... or maybe someone opened it knowing it was not their's to begin with... than said what the f....? Knowing it wasn't their's to begin with because it was clearly labeled... and not wanting to appear like the THIEF they would be... just threw it in the garbage.
I know the last vapes I ordered got mixed up with my elderly neighbors little white box. Hers contained diabetic meds from the VA. Both boxes were identical. We had both opened each other's boxes and it must have really scared Marlene, she came tearing down her drive way holding my liquids as if it was illegal. Luckily I had my X2 so I could show her.

like I said sandy im dumb..........ive been brought up with cyclones...............now I hear tornados......................what da.............idk...

OK, I looked it up, and I even found an Australian site that defines what you guys mean by a cyclone. That's what we call a hurricane here in the States. When I think of a tornado, I always picture The Wizard of Oz. I've never experienced a tornado, though we do get some smaller ones around here. One day I was driving someplace and passed a place with a dirt parking lot. In the middle of the parking lot was a whirl of dust that looked just like a mini tornado. It was about 20 or 30 feet high. It scared me, and I didn't hang around to watch what might happen next, but I never heard of any damage, so I guess it fizzled out. We did have violent thunderstorms that evening, and I've heard tornados and thunderstorms are connected in some way, though I don't know the details. As for hurricanes, the East Coast seems to get most of them, and the southern part gets more violent ones than the Northeast. We live far enough inland that when they get a hurricane, we just get hard rain and some wind. Hurricanes seem to be born out at sea and then hit land, causing destruction, but as they move inland, they dissipate fairly quickly.

So here's your Aussie source for the info. Now you, too, can be in the know. Tropical cyclone, tornado, twister, hurricane, typhoon- Bureau of Meteorology

Those are just dust devils Sandy Su. Grab some coffee.

We get some pretty good dust devils around here. One day I had to holler at Penny, "Run for the house" and we huddled next to the wall of the house and covered our eyes as a huge dust devil came through with lots of debris like dried tumbleweeds and sand pelted us. Generally not strong enough to really hurt you but that one was big. Of course, a few seconds later and we were in the clear.

I got the know....when I was a kid....that was enough....I remember it like it was yesterday...my dad was on a business trip....my mum and sister...watched from our bathroom window...as roofs were being peeled off houses...the sound of the wind was deafing...trees flying .. mum was hugging us...crying...we all thought we were going to die....we stayed cuddled up in the bath tub....it seem like hours..after it was all over...we couldn't believe how our house had hardly any damaged...and over the road 4 houses in a row were ...a total mess....that's why everytime I hear the wind start up...I live that moment over in my head....my heart goes out to anyone who goes through. this...

My mail is always getting mixed up with a same numbered but way different street name in my development. It was getting so bad that I finally had to go to the post office and speak with a supervisor. The mailman actually put someone's social security check in my mailbox. Even after complaining, I still get catalogs and junk mail in my box. We have a multiple address locked box, so I always stick it back in the outgoing, but it's been a pain for 14 years.

So far, my packages haven't been delayed as far as I know. Of course I'm knocking on wood after making that statement!

It's getting colder here, and at the moment, it's snowing. Strong wind. The snow seems to come and go with periods of sun between, but it's starting to stick to the ground a little, so we may be snow-covered again soon. So, in honor of snow, here's another winter scene. The dried weeds in the foreground are Queen Anne's lace, a common wildflower here.

It looks like work was fun. What were you doing on a boat? First a heart rate monitor for a horse, now a boat. You lead an interesting life.
I was on Chalkidiki a place with nice beaches and on the boat to go across on an island to check one cummins generator for their water supplies. Then back to mainland on the port to check another generator. Pretty tired now.
Not very interesting as i have no job these days, only minor stuff so on the other days besides looking at the ceiling people ask me do stuff.

None of this is unprecedented in the weather department. I remember snow just before Easter and wearing shorts just before Christmas Day, more than once. I also remember hurricanes that caused as much damage as Sandy (corrected for inflation of course) and extreme cold spells and extreme heat spells. Sometimes I think it's all the media coverage that makes people think the weather is changing very rapidly, it always changes, that's why it's called weather!

I agree. People get too worked up over unusual weather, when unusual is more or less the norm, at least in this area. I remember being amazed when I lived in California that it got progressively colder as winter came on, and December was coldest, and then it started to warm up again. None of this wild swinging of temperatures. That was much easier to deal with than the back and forth we get here, where one day it's warm, and the next it's frigid. I've lived in the Northeast most of my life, other than a 5-year stint in California and a 6-month stay in Turkey, and the weather has been fickle all my life. This is nothing new.

Think of it this way -- you get to have all sorts of adventures and variety that a regular job might not provide.

I'm out of work, too, though there's a job waiting for me once my arm is capable. It's boring. Stuff I might go out and do, like riding my horse or hiking with my camera, I either can't because of my arm or won't because of winter weather. I really need more physical activity than I'm getting. I'm not one to join a gym -- and might the exercises harm my arm? -- and the physical therapy exercises I do nightly are enough of that kind of thing, but I need to do something. I'm thinking of looking into indoor swimming pools. I'd have to drive to Ithaca and it'd be expensive, and when I'm not working, there's not as much disposable income, but maybe I'll see if I can afford it. I think swimming might be good for my arm, and I could do as much or as little as I felt comfortable. So I've thought about swimming, but I haven't taken action yet. I could go groom Penny more often, and that's probably what I should do, but now, after the accident, I'm sort of leery of being at the barn when no one's home during the weekdays.
