Yes, one has to calculate the cost of care carefully even with health insurance. We haven't had nonconfusing health insurance in years. I miss it. Now all the insurance plans seem confusing and we have to pay plenty out of pocket.

Still, see your doctor for that one, Tail. Poor thing. Feel better.

Nice to know Chief is willing to give a wiggle and a jiggle for us older gals. I prefer "You can leave your hat on" by Joe Cocker for your strip tease, gentlemen:)

Just teasing you guys.

I love SI's Ry4 and their 555.

I've tried to like SI 555. It smells too much like buttered popcorn to me. I just can't seem to get my taste buds around it yet. I have a few cartridges left, and try it every once in awhile but I get the same effect.

Out of curiosity, I tried a cartridge of Dessert Joe from the smooth sampler I got a few months back and was really surprised that I liked it. I'm not a big tobacco fan and don't care for them normally. Up to this point, it was only the RY4 that struck home for me. Even though I liked that one cart of Dessert Joe, it wasn't enough for me to buy 30ml of it. Give me the fruity and sweet vapes as my change up flavors.

Why do you have to go baiting me my 2nd day back? I have the answer to your question but if I share it I will surly be kicked out.
Now I remember why I liked this place so much... Hi JoAnn :D

We don't want you to get kicked out. I think everyone will agree this place isn't the same without ya.
You all have a GREAT night.

Still a little pricey, but much better than E-Bay. I may try one for a laugh.

I've been working with a 510/Ego adapter to make it work with an SI T3. The battery post on an SI T3 is about .125" further recessed than a Kanger and won't work with a standard adapter. The one I just modified has a center tube rather than a solid center post, so I just cut a 2mm pan head screw down to make up the difference. It did take two tries and a little grinding to fine tune everything, but it works like a champ. I'm vaping with an SI T3, RY4, on my Vamo right now.
my hero.... ive been in adapter  nothing worked..........now awsum has saved me.....:) ill be stalking the mail lady....;) big cheers to you awsum:toast:

I found the juice problem. The cap was missing the plastic inside part. I just mixed up another batch and that cap is on good and tight this time.

I woke up about 2 weeks ago with severe back pain and did vomit after a few hours of tossing and turning. Last night, it was just pain in the middle of my back and a little sour stomach, but not as severe as the first time. I just spoke to my chiropractor and he said to come in for an adjustment on Monday and that I should check with my doctor next week about gall stones. Thank goodness I'm still on my PPO plan to get this taken care of because I have to switch to Kaiser in July.

I don't like being bolted out of bed with that sort of back pain!
I to have been victim..to the cap missing inside....after making a few mixers....shake!! shake!! shake!!! running down my arm... YUCKY!! mess..yes don't put off seeing doctor tails....pain that makes you vomit.....not good....stay safe

I went to a horse thing the other night. It was put on by a local feed store. They gave away lots of prizes, fed us a light dinner of sandwich, chips, a cookie, and a drink, and had demos and lectures pertaining to horses. One of the lectures was by a physical therapist who has horses, and he gave us exercises we could do to strengthen ourselves for riding. Most of you aren't interested in those, but there were 2 things that were sort of general. He mentioned how if you sit at a computer for any length of time (raise your hand if you do!), you tend to slump and jut your chin forward. To counteract this, he told us of exercises that are pretty simple.

1. Chin tuck: Glide your head directly back, pulling your chin in, as if to make a double chin. Do this 10 times every hour.

2. Scapular retraction: Gently squeeze your shoulder blades together and down, while keeping your shoulders relaxed. Do this 10 times every hour.

He chuckled and said he didn't expect many of us would do this 10 times every hour, but if you do it as much as you can, it will help counteract the computer slump.

I thought this might help everyone, which is why I'm posting it. I guess you know I'm into physical therapy these days. I may not do the exercises specifically for riders, since I have plenty of exercises already that I must do every night, but these look easy to just do every once in a while, and I've been trying to do them as much as possible. I found out that when I'm driving in my car, I tent to stick my chin out, so it's not just when I'm at the computer, too.

Today I went to Bath & Body Works and bought my usual cucumber melon body wash and lotion and they also had a body wash called wild honeysuckle. It smelled divine and didn't make me sneeze. It's light and not overpowering like some flowery scents can be. Normally I just stick to a couple of fragrances that I'm already familiar with but I'm ready for a change. I don't think I would have considered honeysuckle before our conversation yesterday so thanks guys.

Also while I was out, I stopped in a local B&M vape store that I never knew was in my area. Needless to say I spent quite some time there looking at their inventory and sampling some really excellent flavors. The staff was extremely courteous and knowledgeable about their products. I was able to hold and use an eVic while I was there too. That bad boy is NICE! It's not as big as I thought and I love the feel of it in my hand. Did I say I love it?? Oh well... have to wait a little while longer for that but I did leave with a couple bottles of some really good juice and the prices are very reasonable.

All in all, it was an extremely satisfying day.

Tail, could be a kidney infection too. You've been drinking enough water, right? Sometimes PG does that to people. Happened to someone early on in this thread. Feel better!

Which B&M? Seeing as the shops in your area are the closest shops to my area, inquiring minds want to know...or at least my mind.

Right now they are in a kiosk waiting for their B&M to be completed... early summer. Then it will be located in Canton/Fells Point. This is their website with the current location and driving directions. They also have an ECF forum thread. :)

That very well could be the case if the pain is centered in her back. I hate the thought of her suffering like that!

Sitting down, facing forward.

Nicotine is best stored in amber or cobalt blue bottles to reduce light infiltration. Also, it is safe to store it in glass bottles in your freezer. Nicotine PG and VG do not freeze so there is no danger of the bottles breaking from the liquids freezing, they just don't freeze at the temperatures in a household freezer.

I keep my extra supplies in the basement freezer, nicotine in amber glass, 60ml, bottles and all of my PG and VG as well. The nicotine is in freezer bags to keep it "organized" and, of course, everything is plainly marked for contents and date stored. Stored this way they should remain fresh for well over a year, probably more like five years.
