Unless the mac has a stupid whitelist and only allows installation of specific hardware (only to piss you off or make you buy stupid mac stuff).
But it will work.

As far as I know from my Hackintoshing there is no whitelisting on RAM. While I wouldn't put it past Apple I think the logistics of managing a firmware whitelist for RAM would not be cost effective.

Coffee is on. Komodo Dragon again. Tea is in the upper cabinet and the sugar is on the buffet:)

Lots to do and less time to do it:)

Have a great day.

We are, hopefully going to get lots done today. Plant peas. Head up the hill for rocks. It's Hubby's Bday so maybe take him out for lunch. Let the horse play in his new round pen while I dig up a couple of more shrubs.

Help Hubby fix the gate post for the backyard gate. Etc, etc, etc.

Sitting down, facing forward.
I've got a busy one today as well. Got everything planted and into the "hot house" the other day, tomatoes, cucumbers, squash, zucchini, wax (yellow) beans, and egg plant. Started working on the yard, yesterday, and need to do a LOT more as well as get the garden ready for planting. I also have to drop off a case of beer to my neighbor who did some gunsmithing for me, he's a real gunsmith, and wouldn't charge me for it.

This solar thing just keeps on going and going. Now, I want to do a survey to check for obstructions to direct sunlight. Cutting down those two trees helped remove most of what I think will be any problems. There's a ton of free tools on the internet, one of them shows the angle of sunrise and sunset for the precise location of the solar collectors, basically anywhere in the world, and is brought to us by NOAA. Sometimes our tax dollars do work.

Did you see that they did this for Cambridge, MA, at MIT? They said it could be done easily for any community. I think they probably used the same NOAA data you're using. But if you contact them, maybe they have a formula to make your job easier. I read about it in a Smithsonian magazine a while ago in the PT office.

What a cutie! Did you get to see it born? I've never seen that. I envy you. Is it a colt (male) or filly (female)? Does the foal have a name yet?

BTW, the mare's hooves look a little long. Time to trim them. I'm thinking that way because tomorrow, the hoof trimmer is doing Penny. Too bad it's not today, which (so far) is full of beautiful sunshine and warm temperatures. Tomorrow, it's supposed to rain. I have the library planned for today, but it's awfully tempting to go see Penny, even though I was just there yesterday and will be there tomorrow. Oh well, I can walk to the library and back.

It's a female, instead of a name i would prefer a serial number like 97364132483-2 but anyway it's not mine.
No i was lucky didn't see it born, yes shee needs trimming but not yet, she's loose on a field right now.

Is she a purebred? If they register her, she might actually get a number. But a name's nice, too. When I spent a summer on a dairy farm as a kid, the cows all had names except for one, whose name was the registration number, 96864. Isn't memory funny? I can't remember my cell phone number, but I remember that cow's registration number after all these years!

The miracle of birth is disgustingly messy:) No baby animals for me. I get them after they are out of the womb and all cleaned up.

Look at that - it is all legs.

How cute!

I'm back from my stint at the library. It's colder out there than it seems, though the sun is bright: 48 degrees right now. But it feels like the first spring day. I saw crocuses in a neighbor's garden, and yesterday I heard robins singing and saw a pair of mourning doves. Of course, this doesn't mean that there will be no more snow. We usually get that in April, though never a real snowstorm, just a dusting.

So, to celebrate my first crocus sighting this year, here are some I photographed another spring.
