After many, many, too many hours of research and reading I have narrowed down my next purchase for the perfect E-Cig. But I am looking for some advice. Does anyone have any experience with the LUX from Modern Vapor. can be seen at,
LUX
It will be that or a Joy EGO or 510. It is really hard to decide so I am hoping that all the great folks here will give me some input I can use to help me decide.

I haven't heard of the Lux - looks like an eGo clone. I know the Riva (also an eGo clone but not made by Joye) is a good one and know that some of the other clones have had problems early on - very poor quality and they were less expensive than the Lux. I've seen Riva's for under $50 recently. And I would have no problem recommending the eGo - I have a few myself as well as the Tornado (same as the eGo - both Joye technology products).

Well I checked out MV's sub forum here: ModernVapor <check it out if you want to see more reviews or get comments from users.

it looks like the threading of the 902 (Lux) and the 510 (ego) are the same.. but it seems like it is hit and miss with the 510s making contact on the LUX.. quick fix (not from suggestions I have read) is to pull the center post of the atty (battery connection side) out just a tid bit ..

another thing to keep in mind the chargers don't seem to be compatible due to the switched polarity +/- contacts

With that being said.. one would think the more compatible and easiness of finding parts the ego would be the better choice... that and it has been around and many people already own it.

Of course that doesn't necessarily mean the Lux should be ignored... if you like design.. the Lux looks like it has an added "pizazz" and if you like that.. maybe worth trying out..
