Maybe hurricane Sandy hammered NJ? Personally I haven't been following the news on it.
NJ did get seriously hammered with Hurricane Sandy. Mostly towards the ocean side. Do you know where in jersey this guy lives?
I haven't the faintest idea where in Jersey he is. I just remember reading it somewhere around here. At least I think he lives in NJ, hell I could be completely wrong.
I have to say Sandy doesn't account for anything but the last week or so...not all the time since he shipped back the couple mods he made good on. I would like to think more people have gotten their mods back but don't post on here but I would think there would be a few at least that did post.

Call the police in his town and file a theft report against him. The longer you wait to do that, the more difficult it will be to recoup your PV, (or the $$ the PV cost), and/or any $$ that you sent to this crook to modify that PV.

Lol I don't know how they got away with it this long they all have there address and its almost a year for some of them I don't get it .
That strikes me as a question everyone is trying to avoid finding an answer for. But at least there would be some closure. No one has a return address for Chopperguys, and lives within driving distance? I'd just print out a few of these pages, call the local police to have an escort, then pop by his house and say hi. Not in a threatening way, just to get my stuff back.
