I really question this statement, why with so many pv's being held 'ransom' would ECF deny the holder permission to post their status?
As much as I'd really like to empathise with Chopperguys and give him the benefit of doubt, this sort of statement doesn't hold water, sounds like just another excuse for Not communicating with his customers in a timely fashion and expecting everybody to chase after him.
Frankly, if he has any respect for his work and customers he should be bending over backwards in an attempt to let them know what's going on.
Nothing in world could have prevented him from contacting the Forum Manager and asking if he could post developments and for ECF to allow him to do so.

I can see where they may have removed posting privileges due to the fact that he used these forums to get business then didn't fulfill his end, but no one has removed his email privileges. I'm quite certain that everyone has given him their email addy with their mods.
Exactly. If he himself is unable to post, I'm sure he knows someone he can contact that could post a message for him. He's making excuses for not communicating. I don't care how busy you are in your life, you can take 60 seconds to shoot off an email to SOMEBODY saying "Please post to the thread at ECF that I have mailed out X number of mods and more will follow." Not doing anything, mailing anything, or at least making contact is ridiculous.
Yep. Robino1 Has a very good point too, about him suddenly showing up with a few mods-or at least claims of a few mods, whenever talk of organizing and contacting the authorities as a group is being passed around.

This is very sad. I can't believe this guy seems to have zero integrity. I have lots of problems in my life, who doesn't? But to not keep people up to date with what's going on seems insane to me... I feel for all of you, and wish you guys would start calling the police, he needs to be held accountable for his actions... just my .02 cents not trying to flame this guy, but wow!
