I thought that was Henna and the crushed beetles and clay she used for makeup. :)

so she was a smoker too? No wonder she was so beautiful, we all know what great things smoking does for our skin!

Obviously, it made C ravishing.

And "coal" around her eyes. Doesn't that have tar in it?

I believe in basics, matches are my thing. Without matches, refuse workers would have to be laid off because of lack of trash. Think about it... don't you want to do your bit for the economy?

Oh, I just dump my butts on the ground,,,,,,,,,that should keep lots of people working for many, many years!

I love it when you Brits get so passionate about something.

A lot of things get lost in translation

Oh, I understand them well enough. I'm actually related to a few and even fond of a few of them, but my favorite thing about them is that snotty attitude and how they can always be counted on to go into a blind rage over things that don't matter. I have to admit that I was a little disappointed with the sort of mild "weah, you don't understand the thread. Go away" thing. Pfft. Oh well, tomorrow's another day.

That it is! Since you have found our feeble attempts at humo(u)r so disappointing you might consider posting to another thread where your rapier wit would be more appreciated. :)

As some of you are aware I was having a problems with blisters in my mouth from my new style of smoking. Well, told the doc I had been vaping Atomic Cyanide and he said that the only remedy is to start smoking unfiltered cigarettes, 3 at a time. The tar from them will coat my mouth and provide a protective layer for the blisters and allow them to heal. I am so thankful he didn't tell me to quit smoking. He was quite against vaping as we don't have any idea of the long-term health affects.

I am finding it hard to hold 3 lit cigarettes at a time though, i may look at wrapping some masking tape around them to hold them together. Perhaps duct tape would be even better, it fixes everything!

Practice is probably what's called for, but perhaps more than three at a time would be easier to hold in your mouth.

I used to take a break from my pipe to smoke a cigarette, but I wouldn't spit my dip out. Does that make me an addict? Seriously, when I quit combustibles, I threw out about 20 pipes and a few tins of Dunhill Nightcap just because of my rage at being so savagely addicted. Five of my pipes were Dunhills (and 'dem ain't cheap!) along with several meerschaums and a great honking Sherlock Holmes gourd calabash.

I smoked cigars and had a desktop humidor. I had about fifty ashtrays and maybe as many lighters, two brass cuspidors and a cigarette rolling machine.

I used to carry something that looked like a giant day-timer but held pipes, tobacco, lighters, cigars and cigarettes and it would freak me out to leave the house without it.

After two years of vaping I have a Provari, two VAMOs, a Vision Spinner, several tanks and batteries, syringes, etc, but it all fits in one standard sized Plano tackle box that holds about a year's supply of juice in the bottom. When I leave, I just make sure my mod is full and take the spinner just in case.

As we all know by now, docs of previous generations really DID know their stuff so much better. They'd have just told you, "Just get a cigar."

Thank heavens for all the innovators on this forum! I have used masking tape before, but only because I was blindly following directions from the manufacturer's website. They never even mentioned using another type of tape! With this knowledge, I might even try some Scotch tape, but I hear it's only good if it's been aged 12 years.

I've been trying to follow all the helpful advice that you wonderful people have been so generous with, but my results are just not what I was expecting. It seems that no matter what setup I have tried, I just keep getting an awful burnt taste with absolutely no flavor.

That's it, that is what you're after. You have arrived, the angels will sing and light will shine down upon you, for you are one of the chosen ones.

Are you smoking the filter material and no tobacco? Common problem, just rip off the filter then no more burning and yucky tatse.
