Young people in the US need encouragement as well. According to Wikipedia (which you know is absolutely true - even our government admits that Wikipedia has access to information that can our national security at risk) the US is #51 and the UK is #73 on the list of list of countries by cigarette consumption per capita. That's far below China, South Korea, Japan, communist Cuba, Germany (I still don't trust them), even Cyprus (as if we don't know they're Greek). We can't let this continue!

That's alright, you just offer them a smoke. You'll find it gets around most awkward social situations.
In fact, you'd have to wonder why the US is only number 51 on the listing of smoking countries, wouldn't you?
