You're doing it all wrong.
I found some wide gauge cigs that are super low ultimate resistance puffs (SLURP). Only light them with non-electronic lighters...the others won't work. The flavor and low resistance draw is soooo much better! The only thing is:
A) they kill you faster
B) You have to roll your own
C) You need a multi-gauge meter and a degree in tobacco engineering
Nicotine content absorption is according Einstein's theory, that only he understood.
Also, if you snip some filter off the end....they make a better connection. You have hot-filter problems at the end if you do it though.

You ask for advice.. everyone gives it..practically smokes the damn cigarettes for you and you STILL want to vape? Do it. I don't care.
But won't it make the filter turn brown faster? I like my filter to stay as white as possible. I also read that brown filters get ashier the more you smoke them.

No No No. You obviously don't understand how SLURP works. With SLURP....there's more filter surface area to stay white to begin with. And the heat is spread across a greater area too. So in the end, although you burn up more of your supply faster, it stays whiter than those skinny ones.
