Wow! I must say that I'm very surprised. Not that the battery died... since that happens. But that you haven't gotten a reply. I have never had them go beyond about an hour for a reply anytime that I have contacted them.... including today.
Sure that you have the right EMAIL address and that the replies aren't getting caught by a "junk filter"?

Ya I must say they have had the quickest reponse time of any vendor I have used. I love cignot so much! For the record, they also have the fastest shipping I have ever experienced. Anything I order from them I get in 48 hours from when I placed the order.
I agree. Nothing but exceptional service from cignot. As a matter of fact, when I read the title to this thread I was shocked. It has to be a mistake. An oversight at the most due to the busy shopping season. +1 on sending them a follow up email.
thats not good but them ladies are allways spot on for most people here... there email is connected to there cell phone... maybee the cell phone service has been interepted the weather there is not the best there... thats for shure ....lately in the past few days i have heard ..

Thanks Whiskey! Your Schnauzers are beautiful! They're a cool breed. I've always wanted one. What are their names? The pup in my pic is my Bella. She just turned 9 months old yesterday and is spoiled beyond belief. I love Cockers (I know that sounds wrong too, lol). They have a bad reputation but all of the ones I've ever known have been the sweetest, most lovable dogs.

I'm not a Cignot customer (yet anyway) but even I was kinda shocked to see this thread title...LOL. Cignot has a very good reputation. Check the spam folder....then fire off another email (and make sure it's actually getting sent).

Maybe Vicki is on vacation on some tropical island paradise, which is where I wish I was right now,,,, Brrrrrrrrrrrr it's 19 degrees and light flurries.
Yes, it must be that there was an email error -- Vicki has ALWAYS been a fast responder to every email I have ever sent. Less than 5 minutes in some cases. In fact, when it comes down to reliability and quality they are AWESOME!
