i'm watching an infomercial on CBS for something called CigRX, it's a lozenge that's being billed as a smoking alternative. It says it doesn't have nicotine in it. How come this product has a friggin infomercial but e-cigs are verboten from being called a smoking alternative? heres from the youtube page-

it seems to pretty much have nicotine in it despite claims to the contrary. maybe e-cigs should use this wacky concoction so they can be classified as "supplements".

Because they are homeopathics, and are not governed by the FDA, or FTC. I hope to see electronic cigarettes on an infomercial soon!
