As a resident of Cupertino, which borders San Jose, I was horrified to get this local alert today. But I can't leave work.
If you live in or eat in or shop in San Jose, and can get free at 2:00, or even if you can CALL the city council members with an opinion, or know San Jose vapers and can call THEM, please look at this CASAA Local Alert:

I would like to point out that the population of San Jose, CA, is higher than SF, or usually has been. Also, this is the South Bay's go-to place for entertainment, and after Mt. View, food.
Let's not lose that.
(BTW, the county is working on something similar but at least there, there is opposition within the Supervisors to banning OUTDOOR vaping where smoking is banned (per the SJ Mercury News)....and their next meeting isn't until May.)
