Its first time using a clapton coil on higher ohm than i usually build. My question is how much watts can i use on a 24/32 single clapton coil on a evic vtc mini ? Its reading .60 ohms that actually higher than my other builds. Right now im firing it on 30 watts . Can the coil handle more watts ?

The rule of thumb will be the same no matter what device you use. Start low and work your way up. If it gets too warm , starts to taste funny or taste burnt, back it down. Move around in small increments to keep from toasting the coil.

Oh, yes! It has a lot of mass and needs a lot of power. Use as much as you need to get the vape you want.

Definitely. I'd be surprised if your VTC is capable of overpowering it, as @roxynoodle says. But @Sir2fyablyNutz is also right: start low, and work up.

Claptons and fused clapton coils are cool looking but I don't like the ramp up time or the power required as they tend to go through batteries fast. Since you're using the evic mini, you might want to try titanium or stainless steel. IMO, they both give a better vape and ramp quickly. Just a thought.
