Hey guys, i just started DIY yesterday, got a bunch of flavors from TFA, got my PG/VG and my Nic.

So far so good, i've made several 6ml and 10ml bottles from some recipes found here on ECF and im loving it!

Have one question though.

Should i clean my syringes? I Bought enough syringes to have 1 per flavor. So i labeled each syringe wrapper with each flavor so that i wouldnt get any flavors mixed in their bottles.

So since im useing only 1 syringe per flavor and keeping them in the paper/plastic wrap clearly labeled. should i bother cleaning each and every one of them? i did 5 mixes last night and did not feel like washing 15 syringes....

opinions?

As noted above, some flavorings don't play nice with natural rubber, like your plunger, and some don't play nice with some plastics, like the syringe barrel, so rinsing them out is a minimum.

Since I have so many flavors, I actually wash mine after each use because having a syringe for each flavoring is impractical. After they are dry I coat the rubber part of the plunger with plain PG, before reassembly, to keep the movement nice and smooth. PG is a nice lubricant.

Great idea with the PG.

I've got a big 2oz plastic syringe but the plunger is very rough in its movement. I want to use it for transfering nic base to smaller bottles but with its janky movement didn't bother.

Seems a touch of PG is in order.
