Clean Safe Smoke?

Hi everyone! New vaper from GA here! I just started yesterday and I am loving it! I ordered my starter kit from Vaporheads, the 510 model, and along with it came 10 pre-filled cartridges. So, that's what I am vaping on now. On the same day, June 23, I placed an order with Clean Safe Smoke for some juice and a passthrough. It has been 12 days and I read on their site that it might take two weeks before you even get a tracking number. But I'm still nervous.
To ease my mind, I am looking to hear from people who have ordered from this company and what kind of experience you had with them.

Hi Teresa,

I've never heard of them, and that sounds way too long. Ms.Ts can take that long, but her juices are made to order, not off the shelf. Most people can ship in two to three days. I suggest you order some more juice from another vendor soon just in case your first order is further delayed. Your prefilled cartos will probably run out of juice soon; you only have 10 cartos and it's already been 10 days. Or take missy & bob up on their offer; juice is fairly inexpensive, and some of us have a lot of it on hand (not me at the moment; I should have realized there was a three-day weekend when I belatedly placed my last order).

Hi Red, Welcome! Two weeks is a long time. We have wonderful suppliers here who can get things to you in 3 days. Do yourself a favor and place an order tomorrow or take zbasspro up on his offer. A note of caution, if he sends you any of the stuff he calls *Bob's Bomb* you might want to sit down before you try it. Tell us how it goes.

Check out their price on 50ml E-Liquids. I paid $12.00 for the same thing from China plus a ridiculous amount for shipping and loooooonnnnng delivery time.

two weeks is an awful long time to wait, one of the main reasons i avoid shopping w/ china. I order the bulk of my juice from DIYFlavorshack, Dawn makes all of her juices "to order" and time from order to time of delivery is often around a week, though the wait is well worth it IMO.

edited: afterthought,, madvapes up in NC gets shipments to me in about 3 days.. another really fast shipper is Nhaler.com , drew gets stuff to me from NJ in about 3-4 days also. oh and Myfreedomsmokes.com i believe is also in the NC area.. i just placed my first order with them on friday and had a tracking # about an hour after i placed the order...

WOW! Thanks for all the responses and advice guys! I appreciate it all! I STILL haven't received a tracking number from this company and I can assure you that this will be the last time I will deal with them. I placed another order on July 4th for some juice and carts from valuevapor and received a tracking number today. I have a pack of analogs (which I was hoping to have quit by now) that I have been dipping into to supplement my pitiful stash of pre-filled carts. Believe me, I have been vaping them dry! But not to the point of any damage.

I placed an order with MadVapes Sunday. On Monday morning I got an email notifying me that my order was being processed. When I reviewed the order I realized I had ordered 16mg instead of the 24mg that I really wanted. I sent a quick email to Mark asking him if it was too late to change my order from the 16mg to 24mg. That afternoon I got an email back from him saying that he had changed my order to the 24mg.

I sure am glad he sent out the "Order Being Processed" notice before the "Your Order Has Been Shipped" because it gave me the chance to find my mistake.

Great service from Mark at MadVapes. He'll be getting more of my orders.

Marks has fantastic custy service... i had a battery issue on one of my orders.. he sent me a new out the next day and simply aske me to return the bad one whenever i had the chance...

Madvapes has great prices on both juices and even better prices on hardware... but to be honest with you.. ive moved on from madvapes juices... they arent bad by any means.. but there are much much better tasting juices available..

for example... i buy 99% of my premade juices from DIYFlavorshack.com, Dawn @ DIYFS has hands down the best hand mixed juices on the market. Her prices are a lil bit higher than some of the vendors that use premixed imported juices.. but IMHO the small price difference is well worth the quality of the juices and absolutely worth the quality of service that Dawn provides to her customers.


If nothing else.. try DIYFS's "Thin Mints" im effing in love with this juice.. i vape it all day every day... until i run out.. then i cry like a lil beach, and start looking for analogs..

I just got an Ecig and a pack of their basic liquid that I ordered from cignot.com. I ordered on Friday the 2n'd and got a confrimation on the order about an hour later and then a tracking # about 2 hrs after that. I think being that it was a holiday weekend (no mail on Sat or Monday) getting it from Chicago (where cignot is) to upstate NY (where I am) was awesome.
So far I am really liking the tobacco flavored sampler. I don't know much since I am a new new newbie at this but cignot also has good reviews here on the review board for their basic liquids and shipping.

Red I ordered some batteries from Clean safe smoke on the 21st od June and still haven't gotten a shipping number...I tried to call and got an answering machine..i sent the guy an email yesterday and told him if I didn't hear from him today with a DAMN good explanation I was going to do a charge back and cancel the order...i haven't heard from him so i'm done..I'm cancelling through my credit card company and he can go screw himself-lol I advise anyone NOT to deal with 'Clean Safe Smoke'...This company sucks...
