Cleaning cycle?

I have an RN4081 NPro, and I have heard people talk about feeling that the cleaning cycle is useless. Well, my battery futzed up yesterday and I got to take it apart and learn all about how it works. Now I'm not sure if this is possible without the ability to edit the data on the chip, but it it possible to FORCE a cleaning cycle before the requisite 1500 puffs? I know that by playing with the jumpers I was able to activate several LED patterns, but that's all I managed.

Wow - no freakin idea. I never heard of an ecig having a cleaning cycle.

My suggestion - get a manual Rn4081 battery at AZSMokeFree.com if you want to try a burn-off on your atomizer but buy a spare atomizer too because you may fry your atty.

Or wash your atty the way most of us do, in hot water or alcohol.

I have the atty part of a cartomizer in alcohol right now, haha. Seems to be working so long as I'm careful. I'm more curious about the inner workings of the thing right now though.
