It appears that all of the Dual coil cartos are made by SmokeTech. That being said the only difference would be the ohms you get them in. These have a pair of coils that run vertically. This seems to be a very efficient means of heating the
juice. They have good flavor and it's next to impossible (unless you run them dry) to burn your
juice at almost any voltage. The big drawback to these is that your battery sees them as low ohms and will therefore die much faster.
The CE2 cartos are a totally different animal. They have a horizontal coil that runs at the top of the cartomizer. There is no filling and only a wick in the tube to feed the
juice up to the coil. I was personally never a fan of these. They have major wicking issues and I am not a fan of anything I have to constantly mess with.
There is also a horizontal bottom coil clear carto. I think they are called the G4. As much as I wanted to love these, I found the same wicking issues as with the CE2.
You can also get some of the clear cartos like the dual coils but with only 1 coil. So far I am really liking these. They appear to be built the exact same way as the SmokeTech dual coils with just 1 coil. They would be my second choice after the Dual coil cartos.
