and on to another PITA carto... how do you fill the Vortex ones?? I thought I did it right... took off the top, filled around the little hole, waited for it to soak in, and every other vape tastes like those horrid C2's!! Blech

well, I tried a ... fluxomizer??.. today- good heat- tasted it for quite a while before it stopped tasting- I'd say at least 3ml - I did start getting a few mouth fuls of juice- I think I need to find a drip tip to fit it- mine dont ???
and that new tank is STILL giving me a burned taste- I even took the cart off the original tank I had (silver) and put it on the new tank (pink) to see if I hadnt punched the hole good enough- But, no the new cart vapes great on the silver one and the old cart vapes fine for a minute or two on the pink one, then it starts to get burned- Like I am not getting juice in there- If I drip INTO the pink tank attie, it works GREAT- LOL OR remove the cart let it kinda start to drip out and replace it. I know its a carbon based error- but dadgum it... LOL I need IDIOT PROOF vaping!!

I got the tank from LBug today - Got it all fixed up and working great! I couldnt resist though, and had to mod it a bit -

What voltage are you vaping it at LBug?
Q, try using a toothpick or safety pin or something (?) to poke the wick down into that tank atty...sometimes that's all it takes to get it wicking right and might stop that dry hitting.

Unfortunately it still leaks a bit. I think its due to the way the bottom is done on this. I am going to get some syringes I think and see if I cant improve on this build a bit.

I ended up giving it to bcast. Not sure if he fixed it or not, never heard back. However I did get a map or stormy tank in a trade. Haven't tried it yet, but I'm digging the compact look to it.
BTW: to answer your question- I vape at various volts. Can't remember which I was using for that one. ??

Has anyone used one of these yet? I would imagine you could use thsi with just about any carto, including a DC.
