Clogged Ego-T Atomizer?

I have two Ego-T Atomizers. One is clogged.

I tried soaking it in 90% alcohol for a day and then letting it dry.
However, it is still clogged.

If I suck through the wick end (the way you normally do), it feels very clogged.
If I BLOW through the wick end, the air goes through much more smoothly.

How can I clean it? I do not want to disassemble it, because I do not have good tools.
Is there another way to unclog it without disassembling it?

Not sure this would help but I boil my atomizers and cartos for 10 minutes or so. Saw this on you-tube.

I boil my for until you cant smell any of the past e-juice in it anymore. Usually it works. I let them dry for a few hours.

Do you boil with just water?

Or do you add rock salt or something?

Disassemble and a dry burn is really the most effective way to clean an ego T atty. It's not that hard at all and the only tools that you need are a pair of needle nose pliers and an optional scrap of rubber to protect the spike.

I boil mine with just plain water

If I have a few atty's being cleaned and the boiling water is frothy and discolored, I drain add clean water and do it a second time to ensure all of the prior juice is gone.

Okay, so I have boiled it for ten minutes, and blown out the water, and let it dry. I did this twice and it still feels clogged.

I guess I'm going to have to buy a pair of needlenose pliers.

I got this problem once, so I just dripped some juice and vaped it a bit hard. It worked, but it could have been a fluke!

You need to dry burn to remove e-liquid residue still on the wick and attie (plus any leftover moisture content from the hot water bath).

I have not had this problem, but a friend of mine has and they did a vodka soak for 24 hours, and whatever was clogged was eaten by the fermented taters, lol.
