V3 clone mix n Mach sigelei 20.

The only issue is there are no vents so not really safe unless you drill a new vent hole.

Picked up two Choddy's from fast tech to mate with my V3's. We'll see how they go. Certainly not in the league with the Terminator-C I have, but for $16 ea, they might be fine. I said it before, but Odysseus style atties are really sweet on this mod!

After a couple weeks in heavy rotation, the brass is darkening. Doubt I'll polish it. Looks better to me than the bright shine when new.

What did one V3 say to the other?

"You got brass in my Aluminum!"

"You got aluminum in my brass!"

"What the hell is that red thing?"

I would like to give my review of the sentinel (v3 mod) clone. I got the all brass 1 from Fasttech. This is by far the best mechanical i have owned. Threads are like butter.everything is adjustable. The center pin on the top cap is adjustable to raise or lower,so everything will always sit flush. The switch is adjustable for how you like it as well. On my other mechanical s it takes forever to telescope and swat out bats. This 1 takes 2 seconds because of the extra sleeve. unlike my k100 and other Mechs that have a slight delay, this mod hits right away and hard. In fact i had some .6 coils i was vaping on my k100, I had to add another coil because it was hiting too strong on my sentinel clone. The feel, the look, performance and flexibility of the device are all awesome. Nothing has to be done to this mod,no sanding,or removing of parts. For attys with air holes on the connector, you kinda have an air flow controller since the top pin is adjustable, which means you can raise the atty to allow more air through, or make it sit flush whatever you prefer. I honestly think this is is worth 100 +I cannot believe it coasted me 17 bucks. It hits so damn hard I don't need a another Mech. I feel the threading will last on the brass one, because the center pin is adjustable and its easy to lock things in place.
pros
hits extremely hard
beautiful threading
takes 2 seconds to un-telescope
every part is easily accessible for cleaning and modding (doesn't need)
top cap comes off and top pin is adjustable
firing button is adjustable
very heavy sturdy mod
shortest 18650 mechanical i have seen
fires instantly when button is pressed,no delay at all
PRICE this thing is stealing and the best mechanical on fasttech by far
Cons
Ego threaded/ Evod type attys will not fit unless you get a connector
a few scuff marks on the brass body barely visible(polished out)
THE PICTURES
ph3333oto.jpg All brass, simple design. easily comes apart
pho88to.jpg Nice top cap adjustable, very smooth generous drip well
2.jpg Everything will sit flush if you want it to, or leave a gap for more airflow
photeeo.jpg Notice how i raised the pin to provide more airflow for the Vivi Nova

Can someone show me how the top pin is adjustable? It appears to just be spring loaded to me, which I don't like at all. Adjustable means you can throw whatever on top and adjust it until your atty sits flush and the top post hits the 510 connection on the atty. Spring loaded(which this is) means that yes it will self adjust to your atty, but it also means that if you tighten the telescope too much or push too hard on your fire button it will transfer all that force up through your atty.

Also mine is crazy wobbly whenever got anything bigger than an 18350. I expected better from all the rave reviews. At least I'm only out 18$. I wonder if you can mod the top cap to be adjustable? I could deal with the wobble.

Are you sure your button isn't just backed out too much? When mine gets backed out it becomes wobbly, but once I screw it back in it is fine.

As far as my impressions, I'm loving it so far. The only problem I have with mine is just a problem I have with brass in general. My hands are pretty sweaty so the finish on mine is dull as hell. I'm a function over form guy though so I don't mind. This mod is really good as far as voltage drop goes and that's mainly what I care about so for only $18 it's a steal in my eyes.

Yeah it's a floating pin, not one you can turn to adjust. Some prefer adjustable, I personally prefer the floating pin as it's quick and easy to change toppers without making adjustments. I screw in whatever device I'm using into the cap first and then screw it down tight with no issues.

I use this mech mainly in 18650 mode and don't have wobble anywhere. Where is yours wobbling at? If it's the button, that can be screwed in to adjust it.

Been using this tube for 3 days exclusively now, switching between an AGA-T2 and IGO-W. Everything else I've got pales in comparison. Thought about drilling some vents in the tube on my defunct Sig #20 to dress the Chentinel up, but why bother really. And it seems like these freakin Panny 2900's refuse to drop below 3.9 no matter how much I vape or how long I go between charge cycles.

I've left my Provari at home for 2 days in a row now, and that's pretty much unheard of. Probably going to order the brass one just to have a spare top cap. For the price, why not?

I get no wobble in 18650 either. Everything I've put on it or in it sits fit, firm, and flush with minimal adjustment. Love this dang thing.

Ive been using mine with 18490 and 18500. Ill try the 18650 next.

The pin thing won't be an issue with all atty's but for sure with some. Example: I let a friend use it with an iclear30 on it today and having never seen a bottom fire mod, when he couldn't find the button, he thought it was a twist to turn on. Drove the pin up into the iclear causing leak-mageddon. "Is it supposed to be this gurgle-y?" No...no it's not. That's why I usually have three devices with me at all times.

I need to find a way to mod this cap, or buy a new cap of some sort that doesn't cost more than the mod.

Vaportekusa.com has the nzonic caps for $5.99. Would that work?
