Friday afternoon check-in.

Slept pretty good last night. The night before I kept getting woke up by the noise from the wind and rain.
Getting some coffee in me and still trying to wake up now.

Thought the good sleep last night would help but I guess it's only a start - hope I have more energy tomorrow.

"You" ought to know better by now that both sleep and energy are fleeting and can never ever be regained, especially as Ya' get older . . . Just Sayin' . . .









(BTW: Being said by someone who is older with only a couple of hours sleep & has no energy for the day ahead . . . )

Sad to report, VaperCon West has been a disappointment in that there are no "freebies", other than stickers, this year and it's been unorganized.

It's hard to complain about an event that is FREE, but it's just DRASTICALLY different from last year. Although there have been deep discounts on juice, the same is not true for gear. A lot of vapers DIY, so maybe they are focusing on newbies and/or bringin' converting smokers.

Today is the last day. Maybe later there will be price reductions on gear, since many vendors won't want to pack it all up to haul back. At least, that's what happened last year.

On a positive note; gettin' to hang/party with new and old vape friends is definitely awesome!

Yes
If you use a regular coil, you will need to use the Watt setting on the mod.
Anything with nickel use the TC.

It's a bit of button pushing to get thru the settings but the book is helpful.
I haven't tried other tanks on it yet. Figured I'd give what came with it a try - it's ok but nothing special - I like the ST better.

Got my eVic VT today, too. I'm liking it, and for $60... a mod, a sleeve, a cable, a tank (which can be rebuilt), and a couple coil heads... I think Joyetech just set a pretty high bar.

I also think that the only place the menu doesn't make perfect sense is the round-robin through wattage when in TC mode.

The tank is, as Mac said, no great shakes, and the STM is better. However, it ain't bad, either. A little on the whistley side... no HUGE clouds, but certainly more than adequate (he says as he glances over at the drawer of broken CE4s).
