Hey everyone, sorry for my recent absence! I have been taking pictures, making tanks, and healing (I was sick last week, and so was Beata which means no studio/TrippyTips stuff). We're feeling all better, pictures are taken, tips are getting posted now, and I'm thinking tomorrow would make for a fine sale day! I'll get the pictures posted on facebook, and the TrippyTips Gallery within the next few minutes and a Tipped Off will go out tonight.
Coralie,
I'm so glad to hear that there is a resolution in sight and you will again be in tip-top shape for your cruise!
About kayfun problems:
Leaking can be caused by a loss of vacuum (as wharf said) or by using too much cotton. One cool thing about the Plasma tank (Cool name, huh?) is that you can see what is happening before it becomes an issue and nip it in the bud. One thing I have noticed is that if you hit it too many times in succession heat can build up in the tank and cause it to pressurize and flood. This is easily resolved by setting it aside and letting it cool off. I believe that with the Plasma Tank you will be able to once again have faith in your Kayfun so please give it a try before giving your kayfun the boot! Another cool thing is that since the Plasma tank is one piece of glass there will not be any more difficult-to-seat o-ring issues that cause a loss of vacuum!
Oh did I mention you can enter to win one right now at our facebook, instagram, or vapetilly (@ArtGlassDripTips) pages?
Vapetilly only has one entry so your chances are VERY good there
If you haven't tried it, it's a pretty cool social media app for your phone/tablet.
