DW its amazing how fast they grow huh. Seems like only yesterday she was born. She is one lucky kid to have you as a grandmother.

Morning all. Hope y'all are having a great day!
Well, Tara's in a helluva mess. A big ice storm has crippled ATL; roads closed, federal state of emergency has been declared. On top of that, they're expecting snow tonight! Tara expects to lose power anytime now. Luckily, she's got gas logs in her fireplace and a generator. She's told my nephews, who live about a mile away, to walk over if the power goes out, as they have no way of heating their homes. Luckily, food shouldn't be an issue: my youngest nephew and his roommate bought 10 lbs of corn dogs and 20 frozen pizzas, lol. Carrying them to Tara's house should be interesting.

Cool Kaukonen and Falzarano did a two-piece acoustic set on the '97 Further Festival. I was at the Springfield MA show for that tour, still have the T-shirt, it was a blast!

Seriously, the traditional 20th anniversary gift is china, according to Hallmark. The modern gift is platinum. A stripper would probably be cheaper, though.

A wonderful dinner at home, with music you both like, a little remembrance of the wonderful past with thoughts of the future and talks about how wonderful your lives are. Turn off the cell phones and TV and just be together for the night, the whole night completely together. <3

Morning all. I hope y'all are having a great week!
Well, Tara's made it through the storm w/o her power going out. We're all amazed by that. Though she said last night they kept hearing trees explode (it sounded just like gunshots). It's still snowing, but supposedly the sun's supposed to come out later today and actually get into the 40's.
I too am apparently a victim of the storm as well. I was supposed to have gotten my HH357 yesterday, but the last notation on the tracking was it left NY on Tuesday. I'm guessing with all of the airport hubs shut down, it's still waiting transport. Oh well, patience's a virtue, right?
TJ, I had an idea. A spa day for the 2 of you. I know that the Ritz Carlton here does a couples thing with massage, facials, etc.
