I have read a bit about planking for core maintenance-anyone done this and found it to be beneficial?
Put on your fav music at home and move that body!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have been looking into juicing (for snacks and body maintenance) and what caught my eye was celery. Always worth a shot to help the digestive system and take away the snacking urge………I'm still looking and reading though![]()

Bert, your doggy guest is adorable. I'm still missing the baby chickens I babysat last weekend. They were so wee and adorable. I'm also missing fresh eggs, I'm not sure I can go back to store bought. My friend ended up losing two of her chickens this week to hawks. I'm pretty sure I couldn't handle having chickens for that reason. She says you can't get too attached because stuff happens, but I got pretty attached just over a few days. I wouldn't have thought hawks would be an issue in the city, but I guess they are the biggest predator she deals with.

juicing is so great for a quick meal with great nutrition! I enjoyed it for a while and time to dust of the machine for spring!Downloaded a few juicing ebooks i can share if you're interested :d

Ive already done that the 10 day one wasn't bad ill do it again once ive become used to the gym and stuff don't want to over tax my body

I can never jump right in-makes you hurt and regret even trying. I did drop quite a few pounds by eliminating most carb filled foods, potatoes, rice, breads, sugar and the like. Used the treadmill every day and all was good till pre-menopause kicked in and started whipping my ...., thighs, tummy and attitude-lol.
