Triple dipped?

Yes, the art glass is pulled from a crucible on the end of a blow tube. A bubble is blown in to the first color making it hollow, and then the bubble is dipped again and again layering colors to create the final effect. alien Tech is one example of Triple Dipped tubing.

is this another example? The effect is kind of an iridescent multi color look?

Yes, the back of that one is also a Triple Dipped color.
