it's going to be practically summer here in the NE, except for the pile of snow in my yard! can't wait for grass! right now things are very brown and muddy. ofcourse, the puppy likes to dig for ground dwelling creatures!

evening all. got some painting of our outdoor pillars done today and put patti in a new kitchen faucet. a little aquarium work and now time to relax.
Hope that snow pile is just about gone, now. If not, tomorrow ought to finish it off ;-) Nothing left here except a stubborn little chunk of ice in the shady corner of the front flower bed

any computer wizes here tonight? I spent all day working on a paper for school, saved it, and can't find it. I started off opening it from an email I sent myself in gmail. finished it after about 7 hours of work. saved it before I finished it, then when I went to attach it into my online course, I couldn't find it. It wasn't on my desktop where stuff I save gets saved when I'm using firefox. wasn't in documents. I inadvertently closed firefox in my panic to find it, so my history was deleted. did a search through my computer. still can't find it. Called my IT friend, but he's a Mac user. He couldn't help me find it either.

Could it have been the actual email document and perhaps the work was saved within that email document? Stretching for hope, I know.

Documents folder then Recent Places?
or sometimes if i've misplaced a document, i open another of the same file type (like Word) hit File/Recent.

Im just starting over. after I hang myself! ive searched firefox help too and posted a question there, but it's still a mystery.
you could always try to repeat your previous steps without retyping everything and pay close attention to where it wants to save. Then go look there for it
That's where I'd start. All really good suggestions though! I feel for you, and would make you a coffee that would keep you up all night to help finish it if I were there!
Aaagh!I had as always a fantasic time with Bert & Beata. Bert's magic with the torch never ceases to amaze me. And the lovely Beata is the perfect hostess. I also got to break bread with Freddy. Can't wait to get back to Denver.

Good morning everyone. We are at Disneyland for 5 days. Celebration of my bday today. All of ours are so close together. Seraphinas was last Monday, Parker's the Monday before and Faith's 3 weeks prior to that. Disneyland is beautiful for Spring break and Easter.
