Is the rod SS or Ti? I have Ti and 7075 rod on the way to you btw. Supposed to arrive tomorrow. Still hunting for 7068 however, it WILL happen. I'm a metal junkie. Thoughts on Damascus or mokume? Heavy? Sure! Awesome definitely.
Fly cutter is no problem it cuts anything the problem with it, it's way soft so it gulls up and the bits catch n break off, it's a real bioch just to drill let alone tap.

That rod is titanium, it's the size for caps...[emoji41]

Damascus, yeah right check out those prices.. I'll keep an eye out on that package for sure, shipping sure has been a pita latley.

It's in Victorville currently so I would imagine tomorrow will be the day.

Did you ever come up with a price for those Ti Marquis caps? I'm gonna need one, blasted as well.

For the record: copper is a wicked pain in theass to work with, I probably won't be making anymore out of copper, I have three total, two available but I may keep one of those for myself..neener neener! [emoji14] they are soooosweet looking tho.

I was stuck between the copper and brass myself at first. Copper looks so awesome! But the brass one will require less polishing and looks awesome as well [emoji1]

I love the look of this full round. or full bull nosed as we call it in the granite industry almost positive it has a great feel to it. so I am surge this has been discussed, and I might be out of line, but what about adding a DNA40 chip. I am almost positive there is no room in the current model. and honestly it is the only thing I would add to a Reo to make it more better lol. you can blow this post off or call me a few names before I order one of these bad boys. truly amazing work.

cool to see you around MamaBird. lol

I almost made a dna40 model, I have a dna40 one myself, but it's one of gdeal's. It's nice but al the end of the day it still can't hang with the mechs and it's not worth the risk. If I would have done it when I was thinking about it, I would have been replacing boards and cursing evolv. Don't get me wrong they did well imo fixing the problem. ....finally... ask anyone who bought a flask or a shark, not very cool to drop money on a new to n send it back for any amount of time...let alone a month plus for some people. I actually just got my green light to rma the chip in my feder, I'll be tearing it down and sending in the board for replacement this week. I have two actually, I didn't even bother putting the other board in a feeder I just threw it in a hana 30 box... primarily just to make sure it isn't bad.

I like it but it's half-assed compared to the power a mech puts out.. and at the end of the day, who burns their wicks in a bottom feeder anyways. ..

Contact isn't what i expected from chowder's description, but looks good. And I can see what you mean about battery vent safety now
Yeah I vented batteries before it's no biggie just set it down ,toss it whatever and wait for it .. the gas escapes around the bottle. You may need a new bottle prolly not, not a big deal it's a standard 10ml bottle neways..
