I love it! We're in the same page, when you know what's gotta get done, doing what it takes with what you've got is what it comes down to.
I was really running pretty big diameter coils when I was paying with the hobo, some little ones, way down deep th to see wells sounds like the way to go for sure.

I'll take a pic of my latest zip tie operated tool . Haha, my big bandsaws take up too much room, I whipped up a little table/stand for my little handy band saw it's doing the trick.
Sounds like you need to bf that hobo and we'll if you do that, you'll obviously need a new feeder.. haha!

Dam right, bro! I'm running 3mm coils in it now, with 24g Nichrome. Just have to position them high enough that the coils are even with the slots.

Haha! That sounds awesome! I used to use baling wire for everything, now I've replaced that with zip ties... they're just so perfect!
Absolutely! One of these days I'll manage to get up enough scratch to get one of your feeders... right now, I'm having to make due with what I've got. They've cut back overtime (oilfield industry)... between that and the wife's medical bills, my paycheck is struggling to keep up. Sadly, from the looks of things, the industry isn't going to turn around for at least the next two years... good thing I've got a handful of mechs and tons of wire! And that box of Sally's rayon should last me until the zombie apocalypse... if things keep going the way they are, I might just have to carve a BF mod out of a piece of 2X4...

Oh yeah, the other day I realized how crazy it was that I always tale my time and cut off just enough rayon, so I don't waste too much. Haha!
Here's my new bandsaw, works great, takes up zero room compared to the big ones.

That's awesome, bro! Like they say, "Necessity is the mother of invention"!

LOL! Being stingy with the rayon? I've started using mine instead of cotton pads to apply witch-hazel after I shave... even if I DO manage to run out, I can get another 500' for what? $12? That stuff is just way too awesome...

I still offer the original, a lot of people still want the ultimate durability of a screwed on cap. But if your not looking to beat your mod up, now you don't have to worry about screwing the cap on.
By recession the cap into the body, it's held in 360 degrees around, so it won't get misaligned and the magnets hold it in pretty tight. The cap and the body recess are matched with the cnc machine so they are married perfectly.

Same size, I just built the body the total height and milled out the center so the cap, which is the same thickness still as well, fits down into it. Makes for a "seamless" side view. No seam, no way to put the cap on crooked, it's held in 360 degrees around the cap, it burps like a Tupperware container when you take the cap out, that's how perfect they are, and the magnets hold it tight.

INTRODUCTION SALE

$400 for any seamless mod, I have brushed and media blasted finish available for shipping now. If you want cerakote I'll paint it for free but they won't be shipped for a couple weeks .
