The hourglass shape is the hot ticket, it doesn't matter how it comes out, doesn't need to be purdy.... I wouldn't do it with the softer contacts but with the standard one's go for it.

harder contacts is what i did it with.i also had a diff kind of firing plate and it was the heavy duty typ,so i redrilled a hole for the 510 to go and it is working pretty good too.anyways i have a cpl of failsafes to use if need be.am diggin the lil micro for sure.with the light fire button i dont get any movement of the cap when pressin the fire button now.fidling with these mods are some of the fun of it,personalizing them for ourselves in other words.

Im curing the batch in front of yours right now and working on the prep for paint on yours.
This curing process added a week minimum to each mod, I vacuum seal them as they cure. It takes a lot longer but it's way beter epoxy, ill shoot you pics of yours after its done with prep. Shoot me an emai with your shipping address while I've gotcha would you please.

Too late for that but it was the one attached to the lower post holes. Later on I just added the other one :)

Look up Z coil around here or go to you tube where I believe our resident rock star @super_X_drifter has a video review of the Stumpy & show's the way to build it.

It's finally here! The first ever Tmod in the land of the Pharoes!! And it's WOW!! What a vape...what a hit!! Fantabulous!!

Thank you Rick aka Rudedog for the splendid deal (and the entire vapemail) and thank you Tom for coming up with this mod!

It has this heftiness that makes it a joy to hold..and yes it can be used as a defensive weapon too..lol!

Umm...is there a way to make the Cyclone sit flush on it without taking unnecessary risks?

To get the atty to sit flush, take it off and open the mod. Remove bottle and tube. Loosen the brass nut that holds the pos contact. Use a Philips screwdriver to run the pos pin down from the top and put the atty back on, all the way down. Then spin the pos pin back up with your fingers until you feel it bottom out against the atty. Then tighten the brass nut against the pos contact and insulator, making sure to get the pos pin back in the right spot. Make sure to not over tighten.

Thanks Neb, ,that's about it, the but had a locking ring inserted into it do you don't need it to be very tight. Just make sure the contact bar is straight, if it hits the side it will cause a dead short. And don't try to adjust it without loosening the nut, you can break the pin like that, it's got a huge juice hole so the sidewalls of the pin are thin.

Pretty easy and you'll be all set, if you need anything our have any questions, we're here too help.

I wrote up a while big thing on that buy I guess it got list in tapatalk land, press the button without a battery in it, LIGHTLY, it will bend your bar down and shorten the throw, too far and it will auto fire, then just bend it back up till it doesn't auto fire. Shortening the throw will make it easier as well.

Success! Thank you guys! It's now sitting flush on the mod. Will give the button thing a try tomorrow.

Squonking the tmod is a pleasure in itself by the way..very efficient..and the voltage drop is almost nonexistent!

I just really like how copper goes with carbon fiber so I figured I'd toss these up...ime of the coolest part of the SEAMLESS mods is the ability to have multiple caps, a copper on an aluminum one etc..

Alll the pics ive posted of the titanium micro are with aluminum caps on them, just to show the contrast of the two metals, the titanium being a derper, darker of the two.
