same liquid, same tube, same bottle........well..I did use different cotton last night..but I changed back to my regular organic cotton after I rebuild the coil this morning
I wear gives when I wick with rayon, the stuff absorbs so fast and well that it sucks the oil off your hands, that I can taste, but not if I wear gives while wicking. It's a hassle but it works.

I'm not working on ti mods, I'm just building a list. I did the seamless 26650s, there ended up being a lot more than I had anticipated, and a lot less of the seamless Dually's. I'm also doing a lipo mod finally, dna200 in delrin. I'm probably going to do those before the titanium micros because I have the equipment for those. For the titanium micros, I am having some custom tooling made so I can pump out a small batch of the lipo dna200 mods in the mean time. I didn't get a lot if interest in the seamless Dually's, so I'm thinking about a small batch of dna200 mods in between so I can give the dually list time to grow. Its one if the hardest mods to build, by a significant amount, so I want to only do one run of them but the numbers are just too small right now, I'm sorry bro, hopefully more people will get on the list.

Im officially starting the list for the delrin dna200 mod. I'm only announcing it here right now. Forum members will have a 24hour head start on the line before I drop pics anywhere else.
Here's the stats. It's an 8.5ml adjustable 510, it's available in black or white delrin or mixed, body and door. The door on the prototype is clear, for display purposes, I dont think I'll offer that unless a lot of people want the clear door.
The battery is a maxamps 1800mah 2s, so on this lipo it maxes out at 133w. I'm making a battery tray so you can also run it on two 18650s. , the battery is removable, its a micro deans connector, that's what will be on the dual 18650 tray.
The bottle is separated from the board /battery compartment, the divider is curved to cub the bottle do it hooks it snug, the device has no rattles, the door is tight and doesn't rattle, the door slides off/on. It's shorter than the micro is tall, and as long as the micro is tall, just wide enough to keep a 22mm atty from hanging over the edge.
Here's some pics. Please keep in mind this is the prototype, the production mods will be a bit cleaner, I've been holding it backwards a lot, thumb squonker styled, it's a nice feeling mod, I'm not sure how I'll round the back yet, might do some large grooves, horizontal, for your fingers to fit into, not sure yet.. Let me know what you guys think. I'll probably be doing them in batches of ten at a time. They will be around $450 w a lipo, this lipo is about fifty bucks, I believe the battery is twenty something watt hours. But I could be wrong. I don't remember off the top of my head. The lipo unplugs to charge, it takes about 25 minutes @ 3amps.

Its 3.2in x 3.2in, it will probably be an even 3in front to back on the production model I'll be able to make it a noticeable amount smaller on the production mods, I made it really rjick bc I thought the delrin was going to be weak but it's really tough so I can take a lit off and it will still be much tougher than, a stabilized wood mod thats for sure.
Did I mention the thing is feather light... it's crazy how light it is, really.

Wow! That thing looks huge! Delrin DNA200 is something I'd definitely be interested in though. What's the dimensions of it?

It will be 3in by 3in by 22mm, just wide enough to keep a 22mm atty from hanging over the edge. It's small for what it's got in it, it will be 0.2in taller, or less, than the dna200 board is, so I cant make it any shorter. It's shorter than the sx without the cap on it , I can make it shorter front to back, ill go as small as I can go without sacrificing strength.

Can someone who knows calculate the watt hours and give us some expectations...Please 1800mah, that's a lot more than most dna200 mods I think, 7.4v .. You vac rub a. Different lioi in it if you want, but from what I've read, the maxamps is the best, it's a lurker smaller than 2 18650s in physical size. The 2x 18650 tray will be an available option, it will plug right in, in place of the lipo.

I blast thru 9ml on a charge no problem, @100w. Takes 20-25min to charge which is totally cool.

It's a little more then the 900 3s mods.
Battery milage will range from bad to great depending on what wattage it's being used at.
From memory the 900 mah 3s mods get 10ish watt hours
I have a effusion dna 200 that has a 1300mah 3s in it and I get a couple work days out of it at 40-50 watts
I have one I built with a 2200mah 3s battery that lasts 6-7 days 40-50 watts.
Edit to add. I usually throw them on the charger around 30% left
