It will be in this ballpark:

I can do the button out of black our white delrin for free or ten extra bucks for brass, aluminum, copper or twenty extra for titanium. I can leave the titanium unanodized to contrast the anodizing on the rest of the mod. Personally I think aluminum will look the best.

Welcome to the club Doffy!

I've been agonizing about button selection. I'm leaning towards titanium but good news on Modmaster "T"s experiment with the Ti Marquis cap would cement the deal. Titanium from tip to toe... AWSOME! Would be a start for words to describe it.

Excited?... Me too! :w00t:

So was the 7075 aluminum difficult enough that you don't want to do them anymore? For those not up on there aluminum alloys 7075 is stronger than stainless but lighter and a better conductor. Way different than the standard 6160 that everyone else uses. This should be bulletproof.... Literally.

Agreed... I'm gonna have to have one of those Ti Marquis caps to go with my SL Ti that I'm hoping is in the que.

Now the firing pin is brass. Its also adjustable (510) but I know some of you princesses are "sensitive" to brass so if you want a ss pin you have to let me know.

I also do not use a s.s. 510 insert sleave (part you thread your atty into) anymore. You may have seen pics with one once, but it's a waste and it's abandoning has yielded less connection pionts and imo a better 510 connector setup. If you want I can use a ss insert in your mod but you have to let me know.

How about a solid anodized blue through & through with a little media blast to top it off while leaving all the holes polished?

Man I'd have to hire security to carry a mod like that. Not that it wouldn't be the case anyway.

I'm thinking a big block of metal in your hand is your security ;)

Bead Blasted with squonk holes non blasted:
d830984c274fbd0df238696e9da1c4dc.jpg

This

With matching button (not so tall)
And the bar/support separating l&r squonk holes gone.

Contact pin in SS would be a plus.

ETA: If at all possible with a third cylindrical hole for parallel 18650s. Pretty please with a cherry on top.
