Very, very cool!! Blasted 6061 with ridged shiney squonk holes, correct? Really like the look and from what you're saying very minimal voltage drop ;)
Exactly correct :)

Running a twisted 26ga 6 wrap single coil around 0.4 ohms (measured via a Hana v3).

Compared to the other metal bottomfeeder it heats up faster, produces warmer vapor, and more vapor production. The contact "copper bar" is just that.

Both my VTC4's and Samsung 25R's fit and work great. The bead blast is both smooth and grippy at the same time in the best way possible.

The adjustable positive contact is built like a brick you know what house and I don't think it would loosen if hit by several buses. The 510 threads are smooth as silk and my Odin threaded in nicely.

Whoops, accidental mini review. I'll shut up now. This thing really is sweet though. I'll see about making a video when I've got some spare time.

Yeah. Apparently signature is required. Hoping I can get to the po before they close at 7. It'll be super close.

Edit: Got it! Looks amazing! gonna load up. Side note, I think i got the tall rounded button instead of the short rounded button.

Yeah, i like it. A lot.

The one thing, maybe it's my in line volt meter, but the v drop seems a bit off. .264 ohm, and was like 4.12 down to 3.39 under load. .73 v drop seems higher than I would expect with how well it's constructed.

May also just be my battery.. a fairly heavily used VTC 5, or maybe I threw something off when I adjusted the center pin. Still vapes really nice, but I was a little surprised by that number. I'm going to throw a battery that's been used maybe 5 times a chance and test again. After further research, I'm leaning toward this being the issue.

The squonk holes. Holy hell, amazing. So easy to squonk.

Dude this mod feels like heaven. The tranny shape is fantastic and photos just don't do it justice.

Beautiful mod. Brushed aluminum with blasted squonk holes, correct?

Edit: newer battery. Better results. 4.15 to 3.60 under load.

Correct!

Sorry about the double post. I think a new couple high amp batteries are required and my v drop will be minimized.

Everyone looking for marquis caps; I'm sorry but in not making them out of titanium, it just takes too much time.
I will make caps for the Marquis out of delrin, black or white. They will accept a normal drip tip.

I almost forgot about those because I was keeping my eye out of the Ti Marquis cap. But I could really go for one of those White delrin Marquis caps. I'll bet I could run my twisted 26G nichrome and still keep it cool with that one on there.

Add: brookj that's one damn fine lookin mod!:)

Happy to get your input on the ease of squonk. I can only picture it in my mind but it would seem by design that it would be a nice comfortable angle for the squeeze.

Dude I swear by these delrin caps bro, I prefer a cooler vape myself, it's hard to get real cool running so low, I know, but they are the only way to go, especially when you chain vape.

How do you like running Nichrome vs kanthal? I've thought about it but it never made sense to me running low sub ohm builds, it just seemed to me that it would be extra heat. . . But I usually run 24ga kanthal, I don't like the lag / residual heat from any bigger wire.

I vape my marquis with twisted 27 gauge. Pretty much 24 gauge.

Dude, I love this mod.

Amazing work.

I can tell all the thought that went into it. Without divulging your mod secrets, the way the battery is secured is pure genius. Plus I feel like an 18 wheeler could run it over and I'd still be able to vape it.

Thanks bro! I'm glad you like it, I really do try to make em as tough and high preformance as possible, woke silk testing to keep them light and jam in all the little things, like the wrench in the bottom. . It's like a Swiss army knife ya know, trying to eliminate every negative aspects as possible. I used to carry a torx wrench, a socket drive torx bit is like perfect carrying size, but now I just have one at the shop and at home and if I'm out n about I use the torx that lives in the mod.

Need to carry tools: eliminated!

BOOOOOO!
I hope you reconsider. Being that I'm not one to take no for an answer (the very basis of Catfish) if I were to ask for one what would you charge for a 1 off? I realize it would be beyond a mainstream acceptable price but what would that price be? Let me/us decide what is too much.
