I have access to machines if the ones I already have don't do the trick. I just wasn't sure what would be the best tooling would be for widdeling down titanium. I was assuming it would make butter out of a regular file. A diamond file maybe?
I'm due for a visit with my dad anyway. He was a rocket machinist for 35 years. Built the turning nozzles for the voyager. Im pretty sure he has something that will do the trick. If I just happened to show up with the right tooling in my pocket he would be much more helpful. Maybe even interested.
I use cobalt for stainless but I've never worked with Ti before. When I did a quick Google all I got was jeweler's and fingernail files.

I got a new tablet just now, my old tablet wasn't working well with tapatalk but so far this one is working alright..we'll see.
I have TapSlack loaded up but I prefer safari.
It's slower but less hassle getting where I want to go. I just use tapslack on my phone to inform me when there's something I should go check out. Of course I'm only tracking ECF.

I thought you meant Lancia list..... for my caps. Those 1 piece delrin cap/tips cut down height and shave a lot of weight, the stock top piece is so thick not heavy, it's a must for that atty imo. I really do like that atty.
I make it one piece so it's usually a bit shorter than a typical dt but I can make it any way you'd like there's pics on here search the last word in this thread

I was hopeful for an new app called Forum Fiend, then he stalled and looks to be stepping away, though open sourcing it.
Looks like he was counting on some revenue, but TT and/or Google didn't like his methods.
I just got a sweet tablet, tt works fine on it, and I'm on my phone right now and it looks like it just updated and it's working, this is the first pay I've made on my phone since the update so we'll see. You also have to uninstall the current version and install an older one. The issue I'm talking about is the UI changes starting after version 4.9.5 (4.10.0 and later)

Interesting. I have not seen that. And the latest 4.11.6 did not show any real improvements.
Honestly, the 2.4 version on my GB device is my favorite. I want that in a KK compatible version.
(I recall trying to grab the apk from that device and put it on my tablet (running KK) and it not working)

ARM processors are more picky than desktop x86. You can't just swap between devices. You need to get the source code and recompile against your architecture

It the API changes causing problems. APKs are not compiled to the processor, it's a format sort of like Java byte code. One build works on many different processors.
I can download the apk from the mirror I mentioned and install it on any android device as long at it has the right OS/API.
But there are a lot of incompatible changes from the GB API to the KK API (and even more in LP). Android does not retain 100% backwards compatibility (sort of like trying to run a Windows 95 program on Window 8. some work, but most don't)
I am pretty positive your gonna love the step up. If i had a nickel for every one of those 510 connectors that took a dump on someone... lol
