Yeah I always take pictures with the attys high because I ship them with the 510 pins adjusted high so that every atty will make contact right out of the box (even attys with very short pins) this way you don't have to adjust anything before it will for when you get it from me. Then if you want to make your atty flush you can adjust it whenever you want.
I also more often then not take pictures of me mods without the caps tightened so there often looks like a big seam between tops n bottoms. In reality the seam is absolutely as minimal as possible, every side is surfaced as to create the smoothes seam between the two pieces possible.

In aluminum the sizes don't matter, same price, in brass/bronze it's it's situational sometimes I can't get a piece big enough and copper I don't do in 26650, it's too hard and expensive for a piece big enough.
I kinda forgot about my 26650 for a while and I've been using it everyday for the last week and I love it! I put it in the corner bc I got ...... off over not finding killer batteries but I've been running these green effest I think they are 4200mah 20/30a and I haven't vented one yet, I'm ripping on them hard and they are taking it, that's the only good thing I've ever said about effest...
Ok just thinking out loud. Have you made my alum tranny yet? I may have it done in the 26650 size if you haven't [emoji6]

How about the MNKE 26650 batts? Would they behave nicely on it? Haven't vented a battery yet...hope I never do. LOL
My builds don't go down any further than .49 ohms. Thats my current favorite on my mods that can take it.
