It's all pretty much on autopilot but it's slow so it takes a lil bit

I want to say (in a high school valley girl voice) that I hate you for owning this awesome cool as bells holster and Tmod but I like you too much to say such a thing! That might be this falls must have accessory.

Lol, I wanna say in Rufus Durdens voice "come sit on Santas lap and tell him what you want for Christmas" :)

Thank you :) but let's get this straight: I own 2 Tmods and 2 holsters :). Now you can really love to hate this kid :) :)

Yes, those holster are must haves IMO too. Never thought I needed one till I got em. They are master crafts. Anyone expecting a flimsy "phone" style case is seriously in the wrong stratosphere :)

Peace woman :)

I had the same problem with VTC5's and 25r's, slight downward bend in the brass bar... Now all my batteries fire all the time... Longer throw with flat tops, shorter with buttons, but 100% contact

^ Received my sniper girl today and this was an effective fix. Thought the 25R I put in it was dying until I bent the brass bar.

Any recommendations for cleaning the bottom of the TMod housing to maintain good contact with the battery?
I chuck a new pencil in my drill and run the eraser on it for a few seconds. Finish it up with a tiny bit of deoxit shield on a qtip.

@Tbev

There's at least two of us interested.
I asked a few weeks ago actually, I believe he has white delrin, blue delrin, black delrin and possibly red delrin. I posted a link a few weeks ago that was deleted by ecf as they told me I was selling delrin now. Got my pee pee slapped and everything.

Pencil, steelwool, both work. I use a metal rod but then I realized that not everyone has a shop full of rods so I made those tools, they really work great. If anyone want lmk, they come with 5 replacement sanding pads that velcro to the tip.

These are my cleaners. That pencil has a strip of micro fine grit sandpaper painters taped to it cause bailing twine wouldn't work in this particular application. Actually painters tape is to me what bailing twine is to a hay farmer. I run that down in the battery tube and spin in like I'm reseating a valve (like I've ever reseated a valve). I do that whenever I see a lil black spot where negative contact is made.

If I don't see a black spot I just use that eraser.

I also use the eraser on the copper leaf.

I don't use any deoxit products on the mod but do use the deoxit red on the contact surfaces on my batteries to clean them and keep them fresh. No abrasives ever on them.

I learned that you want to use extremely light abrasives on contacts cause you want them as smooth as possible.

I'll have to try that russ. My aluminium isopropyl on a rag seems ok. The bronze likes to gunk up more being bronze.

It works very well. The sandpaper is in the eraser side of the pencil for a lil conformity :)
