So rad Tom. That copper top does look great with the Ti.
Second that...it would look stunning with any topper too. But the contrast's beauty will not show as much on the seamless mods. Another fabulous one would be an alum old style with a brass or copper seam...or vice versa!!

I just finished anodizing a titanium micro. I cought pics of some of the available colors, if you want yours primarily one color or two colors, thas available. This one is going to be a primarily light blue, it's the second hardest color to get. It looks wild!

Shoot me an email. This is a very special device. It's been a pet project for me for about a year. I made the first batch of titanium original 10ml mods and didn't even get one for myself. I don't advertise, at all really, I share some pics that's about it, this is the only place I pay to advertise actually. I don't try to make my mods hard to get and because this is a special device I would be happy to do everything I can to make sure you get one if you want one.

That is really incredibly nice of you, I had meant this as a tongue in cheek remark.
I'm very happy with my mini Tmod and was able to score a sniper gray 18650 girl Tmod last night of the classies.I'll be happy with that for the time being.
I'm rather late to the game of well made custom mods and sooner or later I will have a micro. Once the right micro picks me as there owner she will be mine.:)

Not a problem at all. I would have/ will be happy to do so. I'm glad youve gotten your hands on some of my work, they say word of mouth if the best advertising but for me it's "mod in hand" most people that have one get more. Just speaking the truth hahaha.

Man this TiMi (see what I did there) is just wild, I can't put it down.
This is the most mirrored ive polished any mod too, it's crazy.

Follow this short story for a sec....

This is the reflection if the KURT logo on the side of my vise in the CNC machine.

If you open that picture you can probably read it from my cell phone camera picture without zooming in.

This is the mod, in the center of the picture, on the bech, ten feet, minimum, away from the vise.

Polished! My favorite.
Not a fan of the torch method personally.
They look great, but the color goes throughout with the heat.

With voltage applied in an acidic solution only the oxidized layer reflects color.
The anodized layer is pretty thin so if you screw up or don't like it down the road, you can put some elbow grease into it and buff it out. Using scotchbrite, high grit sandpaper, or similar will brush/polish your titanium right up. So it can be changed later.

I like the color in the video tom blued. I personally don't like finger print magnet mods and the polished looms good but would be a finger print machine. I lime the mommabird mod kind of half torched with the different colors and titanium natural color still showing. Would be fun to play with for me with a mini torch on a dually titanium that was bigger and tag it. They are all slick and a one of a kind mod that is allready a one of a kind mod brother

Haha, it took two torches and about 45 min to do that micro, which went much faster bc its thin in comparison to the full sized baby shaped mod.

I have a few videos of elecro anodizing them ill see if I can dig up a picture. Personally I think they come out a lot shinnier with the heat.

You can still sand it off, but it's like polishing/sanding titanium, it's a significantly more, I like that, I'd say "elbow grease intensive" than say taking the paint off of piece of aluminum.

Here's a couple differed blocks I did with electricity. It's a pretty crazy thing to see happen, I did it in a 5 gallon bucket, the setup looks like a suicide machine.

These are all brushed finishes prior to zapping.

Here's a picture of fingerprints, I had cutting fluid all over my hands, on the polished/anodized finish, I think the fingerprints affect the light bouncing off and result in more crazy coloration

I like the last pic alot. Looks like patina on a coper mod pretty slick tom. Me want a seemless dualy just like that. I'm sure the price tag on that one would be nuts brother but I want one. The brushed zapped one on the left is sick in the secound pic up. Check your email latter tonight finishing up something pretty slick for my nephew sending u some pics when I'm done in couple hours.

So..I am planning to order a few things for the maintenance of my tmod (which will be here in a few days hopefully) and I thought of running the list by you:
1. The scratch pen by Euro tool.
2. Refills...not sure which refills fit the pen though
3. Deoxit gold pen (not sure how long it will last though..should I order 2?)

What else do I need to have? Noalox? or is the deoxit pen enough?
I saw on youtube a guy using a Scotch brite pad to shine a brass mod, would these work on my aluminum tmod, and hopefully take off minor surface scratches?

thanks for your help
