You beat me to it... I just saw it myself. Minor correction: The faceplate is removable but is hard to remove by design. It's held on by 8 n52 rare earth magnets as well as a tight fit on the carbon fiber. I will never glue or permanently attach an access panel. The inlay in glued (so to speak) but there is no need for access to what's behind it. Great review! Doesn't seem that he held that Hobo 2.1 thing against me after all.

Much better than my horrible attempt at a review. It really does take some decent lighting and video equipment to do a video review, unless you want it to look like an 80's infomercial recorded in a home basement.

Contrats CH. I love how Mark basically says, "this isn't something that I should like given how I vape and what I usually like, but I do".

Correct. That's a big part of the reason for the extended battery life. Perfect connections cannot be attained with crappy R/C connectors. Deans are great and all but are no match for direct wired. The tiny bit of voltage drop those connects provide wreaks havoc on electronics that are looking for a rock solid connection. Please compare the battery life on the LBC to the halcyon, I beg you... The LBC has a superior battery, and far superior connections. There were no corners cut on the LBC (other than the finger choil that is).

I love the way he handled the "It looks like a Sunbox" comments.

Did you do one? I didn't see it. Post a link if so.

No, I never completed it, or uploaded it. The outtakes were horrible. I may try again with outdoor lighting and my iPhone. Couldn't be worse than the webcam with horrible lighting, grainy recording.

I'm not sure what he uses for a camera but it does the job and then some. Watch the video and hit pause on one of the close ups. Wow.

I use a Panasonic HD camcorder, it's not fancy and it was wasn't wildly expensive but as said above, lighting is key, that plus editing out all my stupid mistakes ;)

Thanks for putting that together Mark
... you now have an "original" and "exclusive" video ... and we all get to enjoy it.

I have a bag of the o rings, I also have those adapter pieces in white Teflon and black Delrin. They were called cool rings. I bought 10 of each thinking they would be a hit and sold maybe 15 of them total with 600 stumpys.
Thanks, Tom. Email on the way ...:)
