A PBusardo Review & Contest Winner - SX Mini M Class Part 2
Yep. This will take u straight to it. Hope this helps. It is just like anything else. The more u do it the easier it gets.
Those look nice but still don't look like the ones in sloths pic.. He has two wraps, space, then 2 more wraps.. Etc.

got my maker today, thanks Tom. really liking this thing. it has more room than I'm used to with the modified chalices and nuppins that I normally run so I decided to try a big coil in here.

this is 24 ga 2.5mm ID 317L SS full contact non spaced at 15 wraps, comes in at .63 ohms... sounds a bit excessive but with 125W preheat and running it at only 45 watts and 525 degrees it really vapes sweet. I really like the flavor of the chuff top also but it's so big that I can see it being a real dirt catcher for a pocket mod, it's almost like putting an atty in your pocket with no cap at all on it but man it tastes good :)

Imo 3mm works better for regulated but only when overdriving your coils. For mechs I would always use 2.5-2.7 unless I was doing an extreme (so to speak) build (24g, pre made Clapton wire, etc). Again only my opinion....
My opinion too, which makes little difference, but the Catfish is on cue..!

Lovin' the Maker. The flavor kills in it. Would love to be able to buy those stumpy cuff adapters separately though.

I wouldn't try that method with the parallels...but it works fantastic for single strand wire :)

Glad peeps are diggin the Maker  I woulda hated to give something a good review, then everyone hate it
I can't think of a single negative thing about this RDA. I'm even loving the chuff cap more than I thought I would. Still in for a modded 510 cap to allow Stumpy tips, but in no hurry.

Can't wait to throw it atop an LBC! [emoji2]

Nothing wrong having an opinion based on personal experience and vape style which is different from the majority. If I recall correctly, it's not an Atty for MtLers or restricted lung hitters which excludes some like myself, the Rogue would be another Atty in this category.

lol I know. My opinion on most things in life doesn't fall in line with the majority (take television for instance--no use for one--or sports--I'd rather go whale gutting in the arctic than watch sports). MTL'ers need not apply for any atty I use:)

Catfishes and Catfishesses. I have a general building question. I consider myself a good builder but have one recurring issue where upon dry firing for the first time to work out hot spots etc, usually my coil sags a bit. Such that my mandrel won't slide freely through anymore, I kinda have to work it in or screw it in a bit. Sometimes the end wrap distorts a little or sometimes middle wraps. My coils vape great regardless but they seem to vape better when this doesn't happen but I'm not sure what I'm doing differently to keep it from happening.

Anyone experience this? There's a sound when it sags, kinda like metal ...sagging :?:

ETA I use Kanthal only although I have some SS316L on the way to try out (for mech use though, not TC)

    I've had the distortion happen.
What I've found is if you pulse it slowly up to temp, it works better.
Use several short pulses at first.
Seems to get rid of the hot legs also.
    Pulse like a Sloth.
